Great price and excellent customer service to deal with an after purchase question. Bought a shower - already cost less than anywhere else I could source it and then got 5% off! Free P&P. After ordering wondered if I’d ordered the newer model. Phone call to the office, who in turn called Bristan direct and called me back (all within the space of 10 minutes) solved my query. Arrived next day - packed very well to avoid any damage in transit. Would definitely use again.

Waited for my order to be dispatched within the promised 3-5 working days timeframe, but on the 8th working day now, there's still no sign of dispatch, and I haven't received a tracking number yet. Disappointing delay in fulfilment.

On this occasion we did make you aware that we had been advised of a delay and gave you a new lead time.
You ordered an item that was clearly out of stock and when it didn't arrive the following day you demanded a refund for your carrier cost although our website clearly stated "delivery available in 3-5 working days" granted this lead time was slightly longer but we did keep you informed throughout.
