Fake followers that kill your engagement

“I purchased a Plixi subscription expecting targeted growth from real users.

Instead, my account received a significant number of low-quality profiles (e.g. accounts with no content, bot-like usernames, and mass-follow behaviour). This negatively impacted my engagement rate.

I contacted support requesting a refund, but it was declined based on their prepaid policy.

While the platform claims to attract real users, my experience suggests that the growth may include a large proportion of irrelevant or low-quality accounts.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this service if you care about long-term account health.

Total scam. I got flooded with likes and followers which were all bots (new account, fake names, AI photos, 2-3 followers and following). They obviously did not reimburse me when I asked for it 20 minutes after I had created my account. It’s been a hassle removing followers and blocking and reporting hundreds of bots

Plixi has been an extremely frustrating experience. I cancelled my billing but there is no way to remove or delete my account from their platform. I have emailed their support team more than 10 times asking them to close my account and stop the service, but I have never received a response.
Even after cancelling, my account keeps receiving continuous fake followers that I never asked for. It looks like the service is still running despite me trying to stop it.
I also requested a refund due to the fake followers and the inability to remove my account, but again there has been zero response from their support email.
At this point it feels impossible to get help or even basic customer service. I would strongly warn anyone considering Plixi. Dont do it.

I'm not sure how valid your response is as I have received multiple emails on both email addresses.

Please ensure you deleted my subscription. Use both email addresses to send me confirmation. I'm very unsatisfied with your service.

Your promotional activity was manually stopped in our system on March 11 to ensure no further growth actions occur on the account. The subscription remains tied to the annual term initiated on March 7, while the account deletion request is pending confirmation to the email delivery issue.

We recommend contacting support again from a reachable email so or team can finalize the request and provide direct assistance.

Scam. Avoid

This service is nothing other than a scam. My account was followed almost exclusively by fake accounts. All showing “new” symbol and with photos that were clearly stolen from real accounts, added almost the exact time that they began following me. I strongly believe that Plixi are involved in creating these fake accounts.
I removed all of these followers as I am concerned my account would be flagged by Instagram.
They didn’t respond to my emails and the website chat function is always unavailable. Don’t waste your money.
