I see a lot of negative reviews so I wanted to give my over all experience so far. I have 2 accounts with them indigomoon and peptide F. So far I am about 3 weeks in and I see actual growth and interactions. Even if they are using bots, the bots boost your reach and real people are following and interacting. They also use accounts and hash tags you suggest to pull like minded people to your socials. I will change the review IF I have a bad experience but so far I think its totally worth the money and its working and costumer service seems great so far... we will see (fingers crossed)
