I was charged an additional $32.70…
I was charged an additional $32.70 (Customs fee) by UPS before they would hand over package. I don't recall seeing anything about this additional charge anywhere in the checkout process because had I seen it I would not have ordered. The only reason I didn't refuse the package is because my daughter wanted these items from here.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience with us.
As shown on our shipping information page, orders to the USA have required import payments since August 2025, following a sweeping tariff for imports from most countries as well as the removal of De Minimis exception for low value packages. On our website, we specify that, for US customers, FedEx is currently the only shipping option we provide where we will collect the import tax upfront.
Other couriers will calculate based on their own guidelines after your package enters the country and subsequently invoice you.
Unfortunately, this is out of our hands, but we will do our best to make clearer that all USA-bound packages are subject to tariffs.

Great Experience Overall
Even though the order took a week to process (they apologetically stated due to issues on their back end), once processed the items came faster than expected (2 days) even with the lowest shipping cost option (UPS), and the products arrived in Singapore in perfect condition! A few items I needed they didn't have stock, but they still have a great variety of products that I could get and price was really good, with additional promo codes! Will definitely buy from them again in future.

Best RC site for Kyosho parts
This is the best site I have found for all the rare RC parts I need. More often than not have the parts in stock, and they are always reasonably priced. Shipping is also fair from Japan to the UK and always arrives immaculately packed and within a week or so.
