I made a certain deposit, but it hasn’t been credited to my account for 3 days. Whenever I contact support, I’m only told ‘we’re working on it,’ and I feel like I’m just being stalled. I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed.

Scam scam and scam again! I advise everyone against this casino! A bunch of thieves and cheaters! They took my funds the last two times I tried to withdraw... When I tried to withdraw my winnings from my deposit they imposed a cosmic turnover on me and that was on my deposit. I managed to turn it over and the next time I tried to withdraw they did it again and it was twice as big as before haha... I wonder how on earth they have any kind of license because their practices are simply disgusting!

I noticed straight away it said verify your number . When you put your number into it . You don’t get no text .

Then when you go live chat , when you mention this issue they go missing .

I explicitly said I deposited , and didn’t even play anything . I want my money sent back . No reply just fake “afk” banner at the top when you mention it .

I’ve been using Playing.io for a while, and while I’ve managed to withdraw small winnings without an issue, my recent experience with a larger payout has been nothing short of frustrating. I won over 1,000,000 INR and was told that I hadn’t met the rollover target of 2,000,000 INR, even though I played and met the target. I then requested a withdrawal of 25,000 INR, the maximum allowed, only to have it rejected again.I contacted Live Support, hoping for assistance, but they gave me the same runaround as before. To my disbelief, they set a new rollover target of 4,000,000 INR! Incredibly, I managed to hit that target too, playing tirelessly without sleeping, but when I tried to withdraw again, my request was rejected yet again.Now my balance is down to just 60,000 INR, and I still can’t withdraw anything. Playing.io's live support is cold, unresponsive, and completely unwilling to help resolve the issue. If you're thinking about playing here, be warned: they might pay out small amounts, but for larger winnings, they seem determined to keep your money no matter what you do. Save yourself the headache.

Its been half a year with no resolution.

They banned my account without any proof. Just claiming that my account had "irregularities" and was betting on cheating. Amount of 1900 BRL.

This site is 100% a scam. I made the mistake of depositing money into this site and after requesting a withdrawal, I never received my funds. I contacted customer service numerous times and they never processed my withdrawal after multiple requests. There is only 1 person working on customer service - Arigata325 - and this person does not understand English and kept telling me that my money was on its way when it wasn't. There is only 1 email address as a point of contact for the entire site - contact at playing.io - and every single message to this email address is answered by the same person, arigata325. This is a shady operation that is happy to accept your deposit but will never process your withdrawals. After much frustration, I have given up contacting their customer service and have no choice but to accept the loss of my funds. Also, they claim to be licensed by Antillephone N.V., but after contacting this regulator, I did not receive any proof that they hold a license. In fact, they claim they hold Master License #8048/JAZ 2022-024, but this license appears on another site.

This is a fraudulent site, never deposit or play here if you don't want to lose your money, yesterday I made a withdrawal in rupiah, but until now after more than 24 hours I haven't received my withdrawal. they offered me a streamer deal. i took and streamed for one week. they promised me pay per week for streaming and had over $2000 in deposits on my code as well and $2300 in withdrawals meaning my code users won $300. therefore i was not paid because the casino "lost" to me and my users over $300. another streamer named Bsibz keeps streaming and promoting for them after knowing they are a scam because he does not want to use his own money to stream. clown stuff if u ask me. after i left the deal one person still deposited, the person who won $700 off of $50 deposit. and they did not let them cashout. meaning they only let people cashout since they were testing how they would do because of my deal. total scam site. rip off of bc.game as well. they will even try to scam streamers in dms by saying "pay us $1000 for $20,000 raw balance" i didnt fall for it.

all the 5 star reviews are written by them and i have over 100 screen shots showing how their team is acting like there is 3 people but in reality it is just one person behind it all and manipulating by their choice of words. the email they use is also that same person. his name is Brandon and they will use a bs story how he used to work for stake and bc.game. he did not. hes running the whole scam.

i pressed them for days asking for other streamers since they claimed to be working with 50+ people even while having a leaderboard on site where i was #1 every day that week. they then found some random dude 3 days after and i talked to him the same hour and he told them hes not doing it since they gave him a scammy offer which is highly impossible to hit and knowing it.

the site will also share your ip with random people. i myself was shown over 40 peoples ips i can probs still access if i tried and much more and in wrong hands thats not smart.

they have no money at all which is the reason people cant withdraw. they will use some excuse like "give us 3-7 days" or "kyc" n such.

It’s also funny to see.. all the 5 star reviews are from India and the people who write this review, only write 1 review in there whole life on trustpilot. You call those ‘fake reviews’.. don’t trust playing.io !!

They make a banner of bonus, when we claim and deposit they accept, but when we withdraw they just blocked your account, just safe your money from scamming company, why they dont sell drugs either?

Even after depositing in the game, withdrawal is not happening or customer care is asking to deposit or the winning amount is not being withdrawn, what have I done to deposit here? Am I here to deposit in this game?

Decided to give this new casino a try since there weren't any reviews yet. So to start off with there are plenty things about this casino I do like and enjoy however, all those seem to come up as false positives when you realize the terms that go along with them. Plenty of bonuses/wagering is outrageous, Tons of games/RTP seems way off, Deposits are instant/Yet to get close to withdrawing, VIP ranks move fairly quickly, clean website, easy to navigate. I honestly have mixed feelings about this one because like i said there are some positives about it that make the losing a little enjoyable but ultimately im probably not going to waste anymore money here. Deposited 3 times = Never came close to doubling any of them.

UPDATE: Deposited two more times just to see if it was a bad luck streak or not and pretty much confirmed what i suspected. Don't play here. Games are def suspicious as far as the stated RTP on each game.
