I have I'd in bons casino. I won 1 lakh and my I'd was full verified. I make withdrawal of 10k balance and they never aprove my withdrawal and rejected to submit kyc again. I give them all documents including my bank statement. But they approve my documents and when I ask how much time take for verification they told no timeframe. I waited till 15 days and still no update. Then in frustration I losses all fund then they blocked my I'd and telling that you breach the rule that multiple site betting. I never bet in any other site. I played with real money not bonus. Everyone knows real money bet with multiple site is always loss of money for user and never profitable. Why I can bet multiple site with real money. I complained in antilephone licences provider jurisdiction and they also not help me for this issues and they told it's your mistake. I contacted Boniss, to return my purchase as it wasn't good quality. I was advised by Grace to return the item would be at my expense as they are" far away" so it would be too expensive and they offered me £8. I said I wanted a full refund and since that exchange they only send me automated responses. I have sent 20 emails which they refuse to reply to. It turns out this company is based in China.
Please don't make the mistake that I did.

bons casino is a scam, ive deposited money and didnt get my credits for weeks. I use a real time payment platform and they keep saying to let me wait becauses they still havn't received my deposit while in fact as i contacted the deposit platform they said the receiver already received it. hopefully this scammers will get caught

This is the worst casino site i have ever had. All the worst experiences.
Withdrawal - They tried holding my withdrawal request for almost a day (perhaps they expect me to play and lose everything.
Slots - I have encountered after buying bonus on a slot the game crushed and i can no long open the game, no refund to that.
Deposit - I deposited thru Gcash QR but there was suddenly a system error. My 7K was no longer returned.
