I had sold my account 5 minutes earlier on another site, so I didn’t have time to remove the listing on PlayerAuctions. A buyer purchased it, so naturally I clicked “Cancel Sale,” and the buyer was refunded normally by the site.
To my surprise, PlayerAuctions fined me $22. That’s right, you didn’t read it wrong. They charged me $22 and blocked all my listings until I pay this absurd amount. From today on, I will make a point of no longer using your platform.

We may not be able to waive fees again next time as it's a term in our agreement.

In our Secure Seller Delivery Agreement, we specified that if the order closes due to the fault of rhe seller, a 10% fee is incurred. By using PlayerAuctions, you agreed to these terms:
"In the event that the Seller is found at fault for an Order leading to a refund to the Buyer, the Seller will be subject to a Refund Penalty fee equivalent to 10% of the refunded amount."

If an offer posted at PlayerAuctions gets sold outside of the site, we expect sellers to update their listing on the site so it's not misrepresented to buyers that the offer is still available.

Spammed by website for a review weeks after use
Buying experience was fine, being spammed by the site for a trustpilot review for weeks after? Not fine. An auto-opt in for email spam that we then have to go through the effort to opt out if we don't want useless spam about this review? Yeah I'll take my time to leave a negative review instead. I will gladly leave a new one every time I get another email spam about it.
Edit: I expressed an issue about email spam and they addressed it, I can respect that. Updated the review to reflect updated experience
