Ordered 1 and paid an extra 6 pound to get express delivery, didn't turn up and had no communication either after emailing them 3 times in a week.

If I could I give no stars as one star is too much. They are a scam they take your money and give you a knock off like so many others has said do not buy from
Them EVER I’m currently fighting to get my money back.

I Ordered 2 handheld units only one turned up after 3 weeks and it's nothing like what they advertised, I received 1 x cheap Chinese 400 in 1 style gameboy.
I have disputed the transaction with my bank as this company are not responding to my emails. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Currently waiting for my console and case, however after reading the reviews that I foolishly did not read before ordering I am not holding out much hope for this product. Ordered on the 20th March 2025 and emailed countless times to no response. I would steer clear of this company at all costs!!! Absolute scam!!

Paid for 2 units, after 2 weeks I had a single, cheap and nasty unit delivered.
Initial response from playco was good, but stopped as soon as the item was delivered. Requested a refund but no response

Don't buy!

As with everyone else, a complete scam. No response to emails, other than when I asked about delivery. But once whatever they sent me arrived, nothing.

Ordered but never received. No reply to emails or messaging their Facebook page. Avoid! Luckily my bank refunded me.

Over £64 and I received a tiny bit of gray cheep plastic!! This is 100% a scam! I’m now going to go through my bank as customers service is none existent 😡

Ordered 2 of their retro emulation hand held consoles, one translucent purple and one translucent green. They were to be presents. I checked the games that were wanted would appear on the console and the website confirmed they would, so I completed the order.

At the time I made the order, I couldn’t find any reviews. So I guess it is partially my own fault for being so stupid.

What arrived today was a cheap, grey, piece of plastic from China which had none of the games we wanted on it. And notice I said A, because only one has arrived.

DO NOT purchase from this company!!! They are an absolute scam!

Absolute scammers. I'm so mad. Dropshipping company that sends you some piece of crap that you didn't order. I should have known when I saw they didn't take PayPal. I will be taking legal action.

Like others have said, the item I received is nothing like the product advertised. It is cheap, flimsy and completely different layout. Instantly contacted them for a refund so only time will tell if they will actually bother responding.

SCAM! avoid. Product they send is not advertised. Playco gaming are scammers and playco consoles do not exist. Will be disputing my payment with my bank. Not sure why the have 2.5 stars on here when every review is 1 star.

Scam site, falsely advertises R36S handheld consoles but ships flimsy fake trash. They then try and charge you to make a return. I've reported them to various trading standards platforms but I doubt that will stop them stealing peoples money.

Scam, was sent very cheap device that doesn't look anything like the real thing

Got this console, plus case and paid for shipping protection. Well EVENTUALLY it turned up. 1 parcel, no case. The console box was absolutely bashed to pieces (even though I paid shipping protection). Luckily the console still worked. HOWEVER, not the console I ordered. Missing memory card slot, both joystick buttons and the trigger buttons on the back. Didn't even send the right colour. Still no case. Have emailed for a replacement of what I actually ordered or
refund. We shall see. So far, my experience I'd advise to avoid.

I Ordered an emerald green console on March 6th (delivery said 2-8 working days) and it arrived 11-12 working days later on 22nd. What turned up was a grey flimsy piece of tat that looks nothing like in the glossy adverts.
The screen resolution is nothing like in the pictures and videos, doesn't have joysticks and it's just a long list of games to choose from. Absolute piece of shit for the money, avoid
