It smells of glue and my dog 5 minutes and smashed this toy . So this toy it’s for small dog

I bought this for my aggressive chewer Staffordshire Bull Terrier & she absolutely loves it 🥰 not sure how long it will last 😂 but at the moment she’s loving it only received it a few days ago It’s a Great blue colour nd easy to keep clean 👍 a must for all dogs a great toy for them hopefully a smaller version is on the venue for smaller breeds all in all it’s a Brilliant toy for fur babies its keeping my staffy happy 😊 & enjoying her treats

I bought a roolo for my staffy x, he loved it from first use. Unfortunately it developed a fault with a seam weld so i contacted Lee at play9. The response was awesome and a new one was received in 4/5days.
Customer service appears to be a priority with these guys. Fantastic service

Absolutely great product, well made and would be brilliant for most dogs. However my cockapoo was wary of it and very unsure, even knowing it had treats inside. It may be the fact that it is quite large. I spoke with Lee and he was brilliant, and arranged for the toy to be picked up and a full refund. I couldn't be happier with the customer service. I will be recommending this to other dog owners, just upset that it didn't work for Bess!

I was a little nervous ordering this as paypal wasn't a payment option but I took the chance and I am so glad. The toy arrived quickly and well packaged and is well worth the money, it doesn't get stuck or destroy your furniture but it is tough and robust. Our Dobermann has half of her daily food from this now, it keeps her engaged for ages and she always settles afterwards, we're 4 weeks in and it is still like new.

Ozzy loves it, it developed a fault and the response was amazing. Within minutes of emailing to advise of the issue, the reply was back, “sorry, happens occasionally as they are hand assembled, a new one will be with you in a couple of days, give Ozzy a squish from us!” Could you ask for better service? I think not! 👏👏👏

I was very sceptical about this little gizmo, My little fur baby is so hard to keep occupied, and I was worried she would get bored with the Roolo straight away, but absolutely not! She loves it! Not left it alone all day! Just fill it with treats , and watch our babies have loads of fun! I would defo recommend this to everyone, it's going to make so much difference to urs and your fur babies lives.
P.s. my fur baby is very destructive, so once I notice she's getting ready to chew it, i take it off her, so that not only can't she chew it, she also has a break, do she doesn't get bored!! Win win!

Our Airdale, sadly, took less than half an hour to chew a hole through the Roolo. I had foolishly hoped that the rubbery walls wood deform and prevent just biting straight through, but sadly no. So, not as tough as suggested.

Our dog just loves the Roolo. It slows his eating down and it's fun at the same time. Big plus for us is that he can't destroy it by chewing it. Customer service was excellent too.

My dog is a flat coated retriever age 6 1/2 , he bigger than usual, my military veterans mates , when we meet up call him the big black bear, as he so hairy. Of course he is my assistance dog, for my PTSD and disabilities. I put down his great new game , if there is something being a Flattie is being adventurous, he looked at his present with great enthusiasm, sniff and read move back a bit, move forward again, his eyes shone, there is treats in this what ever new toy. Then it start the rush forward ,stop,sniff read. Then out shot the left paw, now the hunt was on, to get those treats in side, he was like any military service person, the blood was up to get those treats he rolled it here, rolled it there, then he thought can I pick it up? Now being a huge monster of a dog.his jaws locked on, Who ever design this must have know about dogs,as a dogs jaw is mega strong, ask any military person who has trained with dogs , know very well that though you wear very well padded protect suit, when that dog clamps onto your arm ,you fill the huge deep mega strong power of those jaws, so add the teeth power also, and you know why getting a dog bite ,you never ever forget that bite. So he lifted up, shook it, couple of treats dropped, that made the chase for more go on, he rolled it here there and every where, in all every room in our bungalow was used in his quest ,to get at those treats. I was a dog handler, the mind power was on over drive , that was better than just a walk, or part walk part run. His mental part of his brain was on over drive .
So believe me I a 100% recommend this fantastic toy for all dogs size means nothing to this toy. It might even produce really funny moments ,if a small dog tries to try to pick it up.

We have two 'getting older' girls, both rescues, Holly, whippet/Jack Russell and Rosie, Galgo (Spanish greyhound). Aged 11 and 9, both now have health issues so, in nasty weather, they have shorter walks, if at all. So far, Rosie hasn't had a look in with their new toy as Holly's raring to go as soon as it appears. This gentle exercise is great for her with her particular health problems; we're so glad we bought it! Thank you.

Love this my shih tzu learnt how to do it within 10 minutes of showing her such a clever doggie and I love to watch her getting her treats out 🐾🐾 Its a great play toy for dogs and its fun as well as rewarding for them. Highly recommend.

Love this product. Our pup inhales his food and this makes him slow down when eating and less hiccups. It's also good for entertaining him and letting him problem solve. Made a strong robust material with very prompt delivery 👍

My puppy caught seam on Roolo and it opened.
Customer service was 100% Lee sent me a new one within a few days of contacting company.

Great product that kept my pooch entertained during the bad weather. Really solid construction and well thought out, she loves it!

Prompt delivery. Well made. I am a puppy trainer. I've tested the Roolo on two dogs so far - both loved it. One was a 20 week old Dachshund, the other was a 12 month old Romanian rescue dog weighing 30 kgs - that does not engage in much play. Such different breeds, ages and size and yet it worked for both dogs.
