I have the Oslo spa less than 6 months…

I have the Oslo spa less than 6 months old.
Led light controller is bad and needs to be replaced.
Touch pad is intermittent, can’t turn jet pumps on and off.
Large jets that spin, one inside piece came out, the others are seized and do not spin. 1 works properly.
The plastic clips that hold filter cover on broke.
Sales company is great tub quality is poor at best.

The panel engineering is horrible

The panel engineering is horrible! The first day we had our tub delivered the threaded inserts that hold the panels to the metal tube framework broke out of the panel composite material and they had to order a new panel for us. Three months of waiting later we finally got the new panel which did not have anything predrilled in it. The installer had to go to a local hardware store to buy threaded inserts that were missing in the panel. Then upon installation he saw that one of the other panels had broken threaded inserts too!…..so now who knows how many more months we have to wait. The corners also are a horrible design as they keep popping off the bar no matter how much you adjust them. The acrylic tub is way too tight on the panels for the corners to slide up behind. Overall this was a horrible purchase and I wish we had researched this company more before we bought it from the “Car lot” type salespeople. We will never recommend this brand to any of our friends.

I have had my hot tub for 3 weeks and…

I have had my hot tub for 3 weeks and it is now not working, I need to wait 3 weeks for an engineer to come and fix it. Not good enough

The hot tub overall is great

The hot tub overall is great. I don’t feel like the Jets are powerful as I thought they were going to be and as far as having to take the panels off, I don’t like the snap construction that clips onto the circle bars in order to get to the square steel tubing that was also impacted from the factory way too tight, causing damage to the panels, trying to remove them to wire up the tub

All of the employees at The Great Back…

All of the employees at The Great Back Yard were extremely helpful. Every person we interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. From the salesman Bill and Ashley they were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and were not at all pushy to make the sale.

Well built but should be more insulated for more cost efficient regarding and price.

Regarding the hot tube I looks nice and love the style and color, issue I only have is that is should be more insulated. The insulation sheet that was around the cabinet inside was ripped up in top mount. And it takes a whole 24 hour to heat up from 7*C to 40*C. I personally think that the pipes should have been insulated and bottom plate should be more inn than just a thin sheet of reflective layer sheet.
Regarding the whole build it looks nice but to be more honest it should been more insulation overall to be more cost efficient to heat and power consumption regarding the price one pay for this hottube but I hope for many good times in this and maybe take some extra insulation in it to se if it helps cost efficient regarding power use.

Helios spa review

So far we love the Helios spa. The separation between swim area and hot tub are great as it allows for separate temps. Spa is beautiful and easy to access filters to maintain. My only complaints are on the extra features: We often have to turn off / on power to get the bluetooth to connect. Also, the additional Wifi Package only works on the hot tub, not the spa. It isn't really worth the extra money. The app is not great.

Great Spa!

We’ve been very happy with the Tokyo we purchased. My wife and I looked around and it wasn’t until we stopped in a place down the road we found how many features this spa had. Since the purchase the spa has melted away stress and helped with getting away from the world around us to relax after busy days. Very much recommend this spa to others.
