The Platinum Prima is just the perfect size and has so many little extras, such as the waterfalls and led light options. Also, the bluetooth speakers are nice. I would highly recommend this hot tub!

They had to swap for an different tub that allowed my wife to keep her head above the surface (breathe). The crew turned up on time and did a fantastic job. The tub was located, wired and they took to original away. We filled the new tub and had it heating over night.

Not had any contact with Platinum Spars but the product is good quality and the supplier (Castle Hot Tubs) i Haverfordwest, have been excellent throughout the purchase and installation.

No manual on the control system, option on the controls. 1100.00 crane bill to lift it over my fence, the spas can not be turned on it's side and go through a gate. It has bubble wrap insulation, and you have to cut it to wire it up. Why not full foam insulation in the cabinet?

First. I can not get owners manual for my spa. Second, when I filled and started my tub for the first time a union was lose and flooded the base of the spa. I had to dismantle the tub and tighten the union. Improve your Quality Control

Purchased a refresh model at the fair from Columbia river spas in Vancouver Washington and it has been a terrible experience! Very dishonest dealer! First off they said it is in stock and guaranteed delivery in two weeks or less.This was early August and we didn’t get delivery until late September, almost two months! Then they delivered Us a freight damaged unit! We paid almost $11,000 for the spa and another $3000 for the electrician they recommended so We paid $14,000 for a damaged spa!! The electrician filled it with water and started the heating process. We noticed after he left it was leaking significantly from the plumbing inside.The entire inside and electrical conduit was flooded with hundreds of gallons of water! The dealer sent a repair service, didn’t respond themselves, and made them file a claim with the manufacturer and we had to wait several more days for the claim to be approved!That is defrauding the manufacturer! This was never used , they delivered it damaged and it is their responsibility to have freight damage insurance, it is not a warranty issue! So we paid $14,000 and received a damaged unit that has been flooded and repaired. Technically our contract isn’t valid because we paid for a NEW unit in working order not a damaged non functional then repaired unit! Because of it being flooded we are now having issues with it heating! The heater will not stay on consistently and won’t maintain the temperature it is set at. Electrical issue from being flooded inside obviously! After all of this We still have never heard a word from the dealer! No apology, explanation or anything! We got completely ripped off and paid $14,000 for a damaged unit that won’t keep temperature now! We should have bought another Arctic spa like We had at our previous home. Terrible product and support! Complete rip off!!

Our experience was great from beginning to end. Steve, the salesman, was very informative and answered all of our questions very forthright. The delivery guys were consciousness of the wet ground while delivering and explained what they were doing along the way of setting it up.
