If I could give less than one, would do. I agree with all the other reviews, total scam!! Thankfully Nat West Bank had fortunately had heard about them and refunded the money taken.

Nationwide are definitely the best after reading other reviews the scamers never got any of my money thanks to nationwide.
Scammed by Patbudget.com
Like everyone else on Trustpilot Patbudget.com took an unauthorised payment of £9.95 from my credit card, followed by two more unauthorised payments of £36.00. Clearly these people are devious scammers.
Scam
I didn't notice for a few weeks that this company was taking £36 per week, for seven weeks, after an initial payment of £9.95
I was on the phone to Lloyd's bank for five hours asking them to investigate as I hadn't a clue who Platbudget.com were or what I'd bought or subscribed to. Lloyd's were useless. They couldn't tell me anything about the original purchase, instead they made me feel it was my fault and I would have to sort it out and I don't think they're going to refund me and yet they must know that other customers have been scammed by the same company.
Don't go anywhere near this company
Don't go anywhere near this company, it is a scam , they will take money from your bank account without permission,
I’ve been scammed they took £3 off me…
I’ve been scammed they took £3 off me and another 4 times of £36 and one for £45
I got scammed
I got scammed through FB, I cancelled my card, contacted the company and told them to cancel my account which they said they had done. Only to discover they have still tried to obtain £69 which was declined by my bank.
If I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. I got hooked in by someone hacking a FB friend’s account and sending me a link to buy a M&S hamper. I paid the £9.95 on my cc and then looked at the profiles of the persons that had commented positively about their purchase. Immediately could tell they were fake profiles and I looked for and found the reviews on Trust Pilot. Immediately rang my cc and sure enough I had been signed up to a subscription service. My cc company has cancelled it. This is definitely a scam. I am just glad I realised before too late. It’s a disgrace that this is allowed to continue.
So they got me for £9.99
So they got me for £9.99, they tried today to take the £36, I've emptied my account so they can't take any more, I even believe the text messages I received are from them pretending to be the bank, I did some digging, looks like they are in the states unless they have hijacked a companies name, beware folks
I was lucky nationwide stopped the
I was lucky nationwide stopped the payment for 36£ subscription which I never knowingly signed up for 🤯🤬obviously they have them flagged well done nationwide 👍Told me to submit a request to get back the £9.95 I paid if we don’t receive the goods (marks and Spencer hamper) scumbags 🤬
Fraudulent
Avoid avoid avoid. Taken money from my account and now trying to get back .fraudulent
Refund my £36 now you robbing scum
These bastards rob people that can ill…
These bastards rob people that can ill afford it. Nothing could be easier than rto prosecute them for fraud but nothing happens. They use a hidden ‘subscription’ to suggest the taken money was voluntary.
Shame on the relevant authorities for doing nothing.
Absolutely disgusting scum and thieves
Absolutely disgusting scum and thieves! Signed up for a so called Legit Boots offer for 9.95 which is still pending and today they've tried to take £36.00. These people make me sick !!!
Why are you not reporting this shxt…
Why are you not reporting this shxt company for scammers trying to take money out of my account but blocked by my bank you as trust pilot need to accept responsibility for allowing it to be on your site
This is a massive SCAM
This is a massive SCAM. These b****8ds have been taking money out of my account without authorisation. I have been trying without success to get information out of them on how they have been able to do this but keep getting fobbed off. Will be telephoning my bank fraud team to see what I need to do.
You can ask them to cancel subscription but I dont trust them. They are based in Rayleigh, Essex -
Local Police have advised to report to Action Fraud.
Thieving Scammers!!!!!!
Like so many others have said, duped into paying £1 (to watch a genuine webcast) then yesterday noticed an unauthorised payment going out of £37
Contacted Lloyds Bank who (after being on the phone for an hour and spoke to 3 people) have raised a dispute and refunded me. I now have to wait and see if they say I’ve subscribed ( which I didn’t) to see if that’s the end of it. Absolute a*******s !!!!
No point in Trustpilot contacting the company with this review because they won’t care they are thieves !!!
SCAM
This company stole money from my bank account. £9.99 for a toy a thought I was purchasing of Facebook. It looked like an official mcdonalds website placing the order.
Thus company then today take out £36 without authorisation. Rang the bank. They said it looks like i signed up to a subscription with them. Which i did not knowingly do.
I even went back through the steps of as if I was to purchase item again. There is nothing at all about a subscription. Nothing about being charged £35 weekly.
The online chat advisor sits there and watches you until toi have left and sends you an email to say you were inactive. They will not refund me. Iv tried mang times through out the day. I think i am now going to have to close down my bank account beciae of this such a ball ache.
SCAM Company
SCAM Company. Was supposedly for a deWalt tool set from Screwfix. I should have known too good to be true. They have been taking £36 out of my account for the past couple of months. I have registered this as fraud with my bank and should therefore be repaid. Do NOT go near any site with Platbudget.com
