Delivery was promised 3-7 days.
It’s now been 8 WEEKS. After half a dozen emails to them I have received no response whatsoever.
These people are either extremely unprofessional or crooked!!!! DO NOT TRADE TRADE WITH THEM !!!!

Scam company

I ordered 12 bamboo plants that were supposed to be in a 17 cm diameter pot and 60 to 80 cm tall. The plants were hardly 40 cms tall including the 14 cm tall pot, and it was easy to see that they had been repotted from a 8 cm diameter pot to the larger ones the day before they sent them. I would strongly advice against bying anything from this company. It is a deliberate scam when they send you 12 expensive plants that are less than half the size you paid for.

Beautiful plant, but arrived damaged and poor customer service

I ordered a Strelitzia nicolai as a gift. The plant itself is beautiful, but it arrived with several torn and creased leaves - clearly visible and not just small, natural splits.

The seller explained that this was a “natural process” of the plant. However, that is not entirely correct: healthy Strelitzia leaves may develop fine, symmetrical splits caused by wind or natural growth, but not large, irregular tears like the ones on my plant.

Since it was a birthday gift, returning it was not an option. Unfortunately, the seller was not very accommodating and did not offer a partial refund.

Conclusion:
A nice-looking plant, but poor packaging or transport, and disappointing customer support when reporting visible damage.

Terrible customer experience – unprofessional and unreliable seller

I cancelled my order before it was shipped, but the company decided to send it anyway, completely ignoring my cancellation request.
Once the parcels arrived, I returned them immediately at my own expense, and the plants were delivered back to them in perfect condition (I even provided photos and tracking proof).

Despite this, the seller refused to issue a refund, hiding behind excuses about “perishable goods” instead of acknowledging their own shipping mistake.
It took an external intervention for me to finally recover my money.

Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and dishonest behaviour.
If anything goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any cooperation or responsibility from this company.

I would strongly advise avoiding them.

Terrible the plant wasn't packed in any protective padding,box arrived mangled completely, lucky to have survived this delivery,had no soil obviously tipped upside down,I have to shower the mud and repot, don't know if it will survive, worst packaging ever

I ordered 3 small indoor trees

I ordered 3 small indoor trees. The branches were more solid than expected and in good condition. The japanese maple bloomed immediately.

The Frangipani tree had sadly been damaged in transport, which is not the fault of plantinabox, and I am awaiting a new one.

I have already put in another order for a Strelitzia Nicolai through H/M
