Please don’t form your own opinion about planetshopper, stay away from this company or know that you’ll be ripped off as soon as you complete your purchase. We ordered two sets of foam airplane toys and two neck pillows from them in March 2020. I just received the pillows, Jan 2021 after nearly two dozen emails to someone named “Jane” in customer support. I still haven’t received one of the airplane sets which we paid for, and they refused to offer or accept my request for a refund every time, which is ridiculous under any circumstance. I was told three times that the shipment was on its way. I had to do all the tracking and notify them when customs rejected the package in China. They never proactively reached out to update me. All they want is your money, period. Customer satisfaction is not a concern or priority here. I strongly suggest you buy somewhere else, look on Amazon, or do without, otherwise accept that you’ll be throwing money away with planetshopper.co

This website is a scam. You pay for your goods and never received them.

This is a SCAM! my order shows as delivered at 11 pm an I haven't received it! I have no way to contact them by phone and get a refund. the emails they reply do not help. they just keep in repeating it was delivered and I should complain with my local post office. which is my local post office? who received it? where is it? TOTAL SCAM

The site is a SCAM and so are some of the reviewers. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

I have sent four emails firstly requesting information and have not had an answer to my question. They asked me to send a screenshot of my first email which I did and still no answer.
I left it for a week and then decided to make a purchase which did not go through as a message said There was no shipping for the New Zealand address but the site says worldwide shipping including NZ. So I emailed again asking about this and received a reply saying “the order did not go through is that right”. These people don’t even read the emails. Shocking customer service and false information on their site. If you go to the bottom of the page and hit the SHIPPING you get a message that the page does not exist.

I bought 3 GIANT bubble ball for my son for his birthday worth around Australian $60 from Planet Shopper. They sent me 3 cheap looking jelly balls. The giant bubble ball advertised can be filled with water that kids can jump on. This one can possible be blown into a balloon size . It is NOTHING like the one advertised. I sent them an email and got a reply that this email does not exist. This is a scam and I am very annoyed that I lost all these money. I notice lots of people have complained about these bubble balls that seem not to exist. Does anybody know what can be done about that? What can I do to get my money back? That was done on my credit card so I am worried that more money will be taken out.

I tried to cancel my 9/22/20 order on 10/7, I no longer need this and it was taking too long to ship. They claimed it was shipped, which was a lie. I received a shipping notice, today 10/16, 10 days after the cancellation request.
It took them 2 months to ship the order, what type of service is this! I would never use them again.

I recieved a "Replacement shipment " Giant bubble ball. I got same cheap jelly balloon balls. Not worth 11.95 each. This company has false advertising of this product and they did "Bait and switch " with my order. No way did you send me the product in your video that I paid for. Never will order from your company again or recommend it.

Ordered a giant jelly ball. They sent a tiny blow up ball that was NOTHING like the picture. They claim it’s accurate and won’t do anything but refund 35% of the cost after 5 emails. I gave up. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service and misrepresentation.

Bought a jelly ball from Planet Shopper and it burst within 5 minutes of play. Despite it being advertised as "indestructible" on their website. Planet Shopper refused to give me a refund, which is in breach of Australian Consumer law ( which states consumers are entitled to a refund for a faulty item). Don't waste your time with this product or company!

I bought the jelly balloon balls for my 4yr old granddaughter. Not as advertised. They are small, not the large ones as advertised or fillable with water. But when it arrived we blew it up, my granddaughter sat on it and it burst. Not very happy. You can get them so much cheaper elsewhere but again they will not be the big ones. When complained they sent another one but that had a big split in it by the handle. I am now fighting for my money back. PLEASE take your time to read the poor reviews.

I bought the jelly balloon balls. Not as advertised. They are small, (INFLATE ONLY TO 25CM) not the large ones as advertised or fillable with water. You can get them so much cheaper elsewhere but again they will not be the big ones. JANE ISN'T real. I Had to go through PayPal. I was only offered half my money back, which I took as I had wasted enough time. PLEASE take your time to read the poor reviews. Felt silly and scammed.

I don’t know what they sent me but it certainly wasn’t what I had ordered from the picture on-line. I have very disappointed grandkids.

Has anyone received the right "amazing giant bubble balls?" it seems all the low ratings or scam comments are for these balls... I too fell for it. Got the deal, buy 3 get 2 free... Spent $68ish on these and received these stupid little jelly balloons you can buy for under $5 here. Now waiting for a response to my email but won't hold my breath after finding all these comments!

I have been trying for 2 days to get a response about canceling an order. I have tried every means that I can find. I have received nothing but one automated response promising another one. I think I have been scammed.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Balls are tiny and not at all durable. Total rip off!!!

I ordered the amazing giant bubble ball. buy 2 get 1 free. Instead I received 3 jelly balloon balls. I was unable to contact them through email. Their email wasn't real. BIG RIP OFF!

I ordered the big ball, to fill with air or with water. I got a little weird piece of crap, and when I tried to contact them via email, it came back as "undeliverable". I guess I was scammed.

I ordered the Amazing Giant Bubble Ball from Planet Shopper. Buy 2 get one free. They sent me the Jelly Ball Balloons. Blows up at least one third the size of the giant ball. So I contacted them and Jane from Planet Shopper made it clear she would make things right. I just received three more small Jelly Balloon Balls. I am furious.

The company refuses to honor their unconditional 90 day money-back guarantee. They sent a tiny ball instead of the giant bubble ball, which promptly broke the first time I tried to use it. Horribly frustrating to deal with.
