I bought a product from them and when received it was nothing like advertised. It has been 11 months and am still waiting for a refund. They asked me to return the product which I did at my expense!! $20.20 to China and it was returned to me What the!! They then asked me to send it back at my expense again. I have emailed several times Useless, never again

This is a scam, the product doesn’t work it took over a month to arrive and it doesn’t cover anything. They offered a money back guarantee but doesn’t a lie. I emailed about a return label and they told me to return it on my own expenses, that when I found out this comes from CHINA and will have to pay to return it , Big lies please save your money and don’t waste on yunk.

Wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase I haven’t received anything yet nor have I got any response back from them quick to take my money but no response at all

Very dissatisfied with product. Nothing like was advertised. Over priced. Will not order from this company again. Sent email and the email is not any good. Bogus.

I canceled an order the minute after it was made and Planet Shopper refused to honor it. They said it was already pulled from the warehouse. My credit card was charged and they refuse to take the order back.

I have NOT received my order from MAY and today is JUlY6. So where is my order I am beginning to believe the note before mine Ill never see it.

Please don't order from this company. Products are "not as advertised", very slow delivery, overpriced and poor quality. It was my first and last order with this company.

I don’t even think this company deserves a star! I got the same reply that it is the same product that I ordered! Why does the Better Business Bureau allow them to keep bilking people! The balloons were worth no more than $5.00. And when I contacted them it was the same run around that the other customers reported! Again why hasn’t these people been banned from selling in the USA! I guess we all need to boycott shopping online until someone takes notice!

I'm not even going to waste my time explaining how I have found that this company is a scam...........suffice it to say that I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General. Has any one noticed the grammar on the packaging? Tells you quite a lot right there!

Totally false advertising. Merchandise is garbage. Not at all what is advertised. I can not believe they are still allowed to advertise in the United States. SCAM..SCAM..SCAM

Buyer beware!!! Worst company ever! They advertise a giant bubble ball and send a small version. The response is that the name and packaging have been changed, but I received what I ordered. The ball that was sent is available online for $1.85. They charge $14.95. Total scam. No refund coming my way

This was the worst shopping experience ever!
Total scam!! Balls broke immediately and were not the size shown!! Nothing was correct in their ad!
Do not purchase!!! Waste of money!!

I ordered a product that was delivered about 5 weeks after I ordered because it comes from China and it was absolute garbage. It was not as advertised and was cheap. I asked for a refund and just keep getting emails back saying that I received the right product. No one will give me a refund. So not order from them

I have not received the idem that i ordered. It has been almost 5 weeks since i place my ordered. and i have not gotten it The order Number is. #PS10153660. I would like a refund or my product. Thank You.

Planet shopper/Smartgear Factory is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You'll never see anything from them!!

I placed an order in October of last year and never received it. I have contacted the company over 15 times requesting a refund, while at first they replied that it was being processed they never contacted me again. They are now ignoring all attempts of mine to contact them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. I cancelled my order within a half hour of placing it, as the order page said I could. The email address was planetshopper.co, but their replies came from plannetshopper.co. I know they received my request because I received a stock reply. My order arrived 5 weeks later with no invoice, no return address. I cancelled this order. I should not have to return or pay for it!

SO I did receive my item, however it doesn't work well and it seems like it will rip my fabric :/ I contacted the company to return it, they did give me the option to return it, however I have to return it to China, from the US. It's a $20 item.....pretty sure it will cost me more to return that the refund is worth. I wouldn't recommend this site unless you are super confident in what you are purchasing

This website is a joke. I could not get an email to go through about an order. I tried several times. It took forever to get the item. I recommend you stay away from this company.
