Wonderful staff, very profesional and Mode bewusst.

I went to the top floor in the Bern PKZ because I was interested in a particular gown. Unfortunately, I didn’t have too much time because it was my lunch break. I had to find/approach the sales person on the floor to ask where a certain dress was. She pointed to the other side of the floor. It would have been nicer had she said hello, escorted me to the dress, and maybe ask me my size. I couldn’t find the size and didn’t want to waste time, so I left. I went around the other 2 floors quickly. The lady with long black hair in All Saints was really great. She saw me making a dash around the floor and asked me if I was looking for something special. Although the clothes weren’t exactly right for the event I needed, she told me to try on a particular dress, brought it to me, told me to try it on, and it was amazing! She didn’t even ask my size! She just handed me the right one. I think the sales lady’s name was Natalie. Fantastic service on the lower floor! I bought the dress she handed to me. With the right accessories, I can really change the style. Amazing and Thank you!

Too expansive for what you buy.
Rare promotions and if you look around you can find the same articles for a mot cheaper than over there. Too bad because the shores look good products are brands but they don’t care about competition. So we go there to try things on and then we buy or online somewhere else where the price is reasonable on the exacte same article. I would recommend them to check the market and prices around and do more promotions on these specific products. Otherwise there will lose all their loyal clients like me...
