I would give this company a zero if I could. They added extra things to my order and charged me. I am contesting the charges. I even tried to cancel after about 10 minutes but they would not return money or cancel the order. I feel I was SCAMMED.

Quick and Responsive Customer Service
So many people on Facebook commented on how difficult it was to cancel their subscription order for this product. When I ordered the tea, I ordered a 5-month supply and thought I was making a one-time purchase; however, an email from the company a couple of days later made reference to my "subscription" order. I emailed customer support right away to let them know I did not want a subscription, that I only wanted a one-time purchase. Kim was very responsive to my email and assured me that my account would be changed to a one-time order. Just like that, no hassle, no fuss. The tea is very good and I may order again after I go through my 5-month supply, but I've never been a fan of subscription ordering because it is usually so difficult to cancel. I'm very impressed with this company, its staff, and most of all, it's products.

I don’t like the way you do your checkout!!! I also felt I had been tricked. I had filled out your order form the page waiting to see the final page & cost and what I had now, then stick . I had no chance to stop it! Change it or anything. I’m sure that’s not legal to do that. I want my money back, you can KEEP THE TEA IF I WANT IT ILL BUY IT FROM SOMEONE I CAN TRUST..
