Quick Fire Blow Torch + Mapp Gas

Excellent service and communication. The purchase was very straight forward, with a quick delivery.
I am also very pleased with the blow torch. Easy to use and just what I was looking for. Much better than a cheaper product I bought from another manufacturer, which I had to throw out.

Superb customer care

Superb customer care! After an initial fault with the delivery company (no fault of Pipe Station) I contacted Pipe Station who cancelled my initial order and refunded me the money. They then asked me to re-order and when I did I contacted them again and they selected an alternative delivery company which subsequently all went well and I got next day delivery. A great customer service experience!
