Very reliable website and staff!

Very reliable website and staff!! Not sure what the previous issues were from their reviews but so far best customer service team I’ve come across! Very detailed, clarified responses and positive attitude of the team members! Daislashes reached out on their own to fix an issue with a serum which I would have never noticed! They owned the error and requested to send me a replacement serum bottle! Loved how easy it was to communicate with them on email! Very knowledgeable staff!! 10/10 service! Will definitely recommend to friends and family not just for the product but for the service too!!

Ordered a month ago and it’s still not…

Ordered a month ago and it’s still not here. I read the reviews and now I’m scared to use it. The website doesn’t save your info so you can’t track your package and there’s no guide to help you find the tracking number so yeah don’t order here

Wanted to like this

Wanted to like this. Seen an ad on instagram and thought why not? First off, the product took almost two months to get to me. The serum bottle was empty! $26 down the drain for a product I couldn’t use?

Daislashes is run by a crook

Daislashes is run by a crook. I wish I could give this negative stars. When it came in, the bottle was mostly empty. I now realize that they gave me one that had been previously returned. By just shaking it, you could tell. When I used it, it gave me styes on both eyes. When the styes died down after a few days, I used it one more time and the syes were back in full force the next morning. This company is a scam, they probably write the reviews themselves. The applicator doesn't even make sense, you are supposed to put it on your lash line on the lid, so the wand is uncomfortable to use for that. You cannot use it like mascara bc the directions say to not get it in your eye. I cannot use this serum. I dumped it out and that's how much they gave me in the bottle. I should've seen they signs of it being a scam. They use photos and videos that they find online of other people without their consent. And they pay people with long eyelashes to promote even if they haven't used the product. They give their workers good ones, but me, the everyday customer received a used one that harmed me and they don't even care to respond or make a statement because I don't have followers.

Lost multiple lashes

Bought 3pk last serum. After using it for two weeks multiple lashes started falling off. One morning I lost 10 lashes when I was getting ready.
