Maya was exceptionally attentive, quite patient at listening to detail, skillful at converting the details to relevant solutioning, and made good use of the time we had, while taking a little extra time to help the deal land.

Very valuable feedback call with Pipedrive, we reviewed the usage of the tool for our company together and I received good feedback on how we can use the tool even more. Thank you, Rafael Salgado, for the call.

We love the visibility Pipedrive provides. We are able to collaborate across several team members and easily set reminders and meetings for each other. The integration with Outlook is a huge plus.

I was interested in Pipedrive but the sales experience changed my mind. Our sales rep Sam repeatedly rescheduled meetings because of European time zone conflicts instead of answering our questions about the CRM. It felt like helping a prospective customer was not a priority. After the repeated rescheduling we decided to look elsewhere for a CRM that valued our time and has salespeople in Australia who can help us with our needs.

Pipedrive is a clean and intuitive CRM platform that helps keep the sales pipeline organised. But the real peace of mind came from their Customer Success Team. Our Specialist, Jonathan Martins, was a lifesaver. Whenever we hit a roadblock, Jonathan was incredibly quick to respond and help us resolve it. If you want a great CRM and a team that actually has your back when issues arise, go with Pipedrive!

Pipedrive does the best job possible at only exactly what it says it does.

Pipedrive quickly became part of our daily routine. The platform is intuitive from day one, no steep learning curve, no endless training sessions. What stands out most is how easy it is to filter and segment data. Deals, contacts, activities, everything can be sliced exactly the way you need it, which makes reporting and follow-ups so much faster.
But what really made the difference was Carolina, who supported us throughout the whole process. Always attentive, helpful and tireless. She answered every question quickly, explained each step clearly and made the implementation far easier than I expected.
Great tool, but it's this level of support that turns a good tool into a great decision.

When I signed up, my plan allowed unlimited leads. Based on that I invested thousands of dollars importing over 200,000 leads and built my entire workflow customization and employee training inside Pipedrive. After about nine months of using Pipedrive, suddenly Pipedrive decided to create a lead limit of 45,000 leads unless I upgrade to a significantly more expensive plan - about 10 times what I was currently paying. This put me in a position where I could not add new leads, could not operate my business effectively, and would incur significant costs and disruption to change platforms. I sent a written request asking that they honor what they told me I was getting when I signed up and they do not respond.

My first impression and experience with two team-members of Pipedrive was excellent. While the first, Sandra, gave me the final "nudge" for my decision, the second one, Ema, supported me to import a couple of 10k data. I feel now ready to use Pipedrive but be sure in case more assistance is needed I'll get it.

HORRIBLE Experience – Avoid Pipedrive If You Need Reliable Integrations
I own a small business in Vermont and prepaid nearly $8,000 for a full year of Pipedrive because their sales team assured me there was a smooth, working integration with QuoteWerks. That was completely false.
The integration was broken from day one and plagued with major problems. We spent three full months actively trying to make it work, but it never functioned properly. After exhausting all options (including support from both Pipedrive and QuoteWerks), we had no choice but to stop using Pipedrive entirely.
Given that the entire reason we bought it was the promised integration that never worked, I reached out and requested a partial refund for the unused portion of the year. I started by asking for the last 6 months, then offered to settle for the last 5 months. I later proposed $4,000 or even $3,000 — extremely reasonable given the circumstances.
Andres Ruiz (my account contact) left me hanging for ***weeks***. I had to chase him repeatedly with follow-up emails just to get any response. When he finally replied, it was a flat "no refund."
As a business owner myself, I completely understand that not every request qualifies for a refund. But this was not a "we changed our minds" situation. This was a clear case of a promised core feature that fundamentally failed despite significant effort on our end. Pipedrive put in minimal effort, collected $8k from a small Vermont company, and delivered essentially nothing in return.
I would never recommend Pipedrive to anyone. Their customer service is unresponsive, their refund policy feels unfair when the product doesn't deliver on core promises, and their business ethics in this situation were embarrassing.
Andres — a basic lesson in timely email responses and treating small business customers with respect would go a long way.

Cancellation designed to fail. Charged anyway. No refund.
I tried to cancel my Pipedrive subscription before the renewal date.
I completed what appeared to be the cancellation process and clearly intended to close the account and stop all future payments.
Pipedrive still charged my card.
Their explanation?
Apparently, the cancellation was not fully completed.
So the process was completed enough to make me believe the subscription had been cancelled…
But not completed enough to stop them from taking another payment.
That feels deliberately confusing.
I contacted support immediately, explained the situation and confirmed that we would no longer use the service.
I politely asked for the payment to be refunded.
They refused.
Instead of taking responsibility for a confusing cancellation process, they repeatedly referred me to their terms and told me that subscriptions are billed regardless of usage.
In my experience, this felt like a cancellation trap:
You try to leave.
You think you have cancelled.
They charge you anyway.
Then they hide behind their terms and refuse to return the money.
The account will not be used, they were contacted immediately, and they still decided to keep the payment.
Extremely disappointing customer service.
I would not trust Pipedrive with another subscription or card payment.
Avoid.

Spencer was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know with confidence! I am so grateful to have direct support as I've been learning the more technical components of Pipedrive. That's not always the case with larger tech companies.

UX is intuitive and clear. It's simple to use and gives you a lot of freedom to tailor it to your needs. The knowledge base is really helpful, and the customer service is great. I'd like to compliment Andreia Queijo and the amazing session I had with her, as well as the great value and insight I got from her, which truly helped me realize the potential I'm not using in PD, how to set up workflows and streamline my daily tasks, and how to get better insights into our sales process.

We recently transitioned from HubSpot to Pipedrive. While there were some initial teething issues as we got to grips with a new platform and adapted it to suit our previous CRM setup, we were able to work through these as a team. We later had a follow-up session with Stacey after the implementation, which was extremely valuable. She provided clear guidance, helped us refine our setup, and ensured we were getting the most out of the system.
