Initial interaction was with a lovely lady. I was then passed to Jake, with whom I had such a great conversation and who gave me the best advice, without making me feel that I was being pushed into anything. He was very genuine and whilst remaining professional, the conversation was actually a very enjoyable experience with the best financial options, all explained thoroughly and my questions were answered fully and additional future options discussed so that I ended the conversation with a much better appreciation for financial life cover than I had previously.
