A very pleasant and stressless transaction.
The boys were very pleasant and helpful…. Took time to explain things and answer questions. I never felt pressured…. Even though it was 5 pm on a Friday afternoon! I made an alteration to my policy and they were very understanding, even though it made them a little more work. They also agreed to send my paperwork by post when it was amended… this is extremely important to those of us who are not very technically minded…. I can lose emails too easily; paper I can file and study at my leisure!
Just waiting for my partial refund and my new policy now, and then I can leave the boys in peace until next year!
