The service worked great, and as expected.
The main recommendations I would make is regarding customer service.
The service was always available, by actual people, and very helpful.
It felt like they actually cared about their customer, with Elana being the person to talk with me.

Incredible Hosting, Zero Hassle

as of the first day, i am EXTREMELY satisfied with my current experience. pine hosting has made it incredibly easy for me to manage and setup my server for me and my friends, thanks to their specialised tools and LIGHTING FAST support team. special shoutout to Shawkat, who helped me resolve my first issue with 0 hassle.

My friend and I were looking to play…

My friend and I were looking to play Soulmask. We went through the process of making a server cluster. We got everything done. We didn't want to lose our progress. In order to do so you have to migrate one .db file into another. I asked the CSR Nadeem if he could do this for me (as all the files were present in the directory) as I was unable to figure out how to do it. He told me to 'do it myself' without offering any help. When I told him I was going to give feedback on my experience he asked me 'why' and then proceeded to tell me what I needed to do.

Pine Hosting is a bit pricey so didn't expect this lack of customer service or his attitude. There are many server hosting companies so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Cancelled my account immediately.

I’ve contacted you via email, but I wanted to reply here too. I’ve read through the ticket log and you should not have been spoken to like that. That is not at all how we expect our support team to respond to customers asking for help and you had every right to expect better from us.

I’m currently away, which has made it harder for me to keep on top of support quality the way I normally would, but that is not an excuse.

As mentioned in my email, I’d like to offer a full refund back to your original payment method and you’re also welcome to keep the server completely free for the remaining time you paid for.

Again, I’m genuinely sorry. This is not the standard we want Pine Hosting to be known for, and I really appreciate you taking the time to leave honest feedback.

giving it another chance

Spent 3 days trying to get my server running, their "support" took 18 hours for me to figure out the problem was they had some sort of limit of characters. yes you read that right, I figured out the problem before their paid support agent. then once that problem was solved, their services are just so slow, they kept telling me it was my causing the problem its a configuration issue, so finally i said ok ill reset everything and test again, still would not load a map. their support finally said yea there is something wrong this is now 72 hours into me paying for the server and still not having it run. After speaking with the owner, I am giving it another chance. they have improved a lot.
