Great Interface and Support!

The support was absolutely marvelous. I was able to find my way around most things as they try to be as intuitive as possible despite there being A LOT, but asking support for help got me assistance in seconds and properly helped me out. Owen Jerimiah was my agent and they solved my problems with what felt like magic. Absolutely worth the subscription I gave.

i opened a ticket not knowing what to do and Andrew Cogswell explained in detail on what was needed and how i was to supply it to him being my first time with this type of issue he took the time to explain it and what i can do to help me solve my issue without Andrew Cogswell knowledge id would still be stuck and my players would not be happy the issue is not solved so Thank You Andrew Cogswell

I’ve been hosting with Pinehosting for…

I’ve been hosting with Pinehosting for 3 years now, and the support has been absolutely amazing.

No chatbot, just real humans replying instantly. Even when I made a mistake with a payment, they refunded it right away.

I run a bigger project with multiple servers, and you can actually talk to them and work things out, including discounts. My players only give positive feedback, so the performance is outstanding.

In 3 years, I’ve had around 1 hour of downtime in total related to server issues caused by Pinehosting. I honestly don’t know who can beat that.

Shawkat had my server fixed after a database error. UNREAL how fast they are.

Besides that, pinehosting is the standard. I run a massive The Isle server, and a good size rust server and they handle me well. Most people buy from them and resell so you should just contact them direct and save money and get the support you deserver

could not even join the server

bought a ark server and could never even join it. there is no access to the server settings to change EXP or Gathering rates, i have used other sites before and this was by far the worst server hosting experience. i have requested a refund so lets see how that will go
