PillTime is an NHS online pharmacy trusted by thousands of patients. We take your repeat prescription direct from your GP and organise your medication into daily pouches. We then ask that our patients reuse their PillTime box until they need a new one. This is a huge reduction in our monthly cardboard waste. Great Service - may need a couple of months to make small adjustments

Service runs really smoothly now, it took a couple of months to tweak prescriptions from the GP so that everything was pouched appropriately (for example, if the GP prescription for one medication says "take one twice a day" ask your GP to change this to "take one in the morning and one at bedtime").

Everything is dated and labelled correctly, so no more fumbling with 6 or 7 different strips of tablets and no more trying to remember if I took my bedtime meds.

Going away on holiday is a breeze - I just take the requisite number of (dated and timed) pouches with me.

Delivery has always been in time and well within the 10 days that Pilltime advise.

My pills arrived late

My pills arrived late

When it arrived, it was missing 2/3rds of my precription pills meaning I needed to get an emergency prescription from boots to replace them.

When the missing pills turned up they were not pouched but still in boxes.

Even though I paid extra for them, the extra vitamins and pill oil pills are still not here.

The phone lines have limited opening hours (mornings) that are different to what the website say they are.

All in all a bit of an omnishambles. I hope that once things settle down good service will be possible, but so far, I really regret signing up to this, as it has been a long and drawn out headache so far.

We are sorry to hear that you have not had the best experience recently and can see upon reviewing your account that you have recently been in touch with the customer service team regarding this issue.

It would seem that a technical issue had prevented all of your prescriptions downloading at the same time into our system which is why you unfortunately received a split order, we can see that the team actioned an urgent order to be dispatched for you of the missing items but unfortunately these items had to be sent in the original packs due to the other medications already having been sent in a pouch system. Unfortunately the system will not allow for two pouch systems to be processed on the same cycle which is why they were sent out this way.

As this order was not sent as a full pouched order we can see that the team processed a partial refund on your subscription which will show on your account within 5 -10 working days.

We totally understand your frustration and apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Too much work for me

I applied for Mounjaro.
2 weeks of hearing nothing I emailed to chase up. They replied that they were waiting for my NHS number. They hadn't let me know they needed it and had taken my money.
I provided it. They then replied that the images I had sent did not give the prescribers the info they needed. I'm a big girl. I had tucked my tshirt into my jeans (as per their example image) and it left nothing to imagination but hey ho. The next photos I sent were in underwear. Taken on a newish Samsung phone and emailed back. This time not in the correct format. If I needed guidance on acceptable formats just let them know. At this point I gave up and asked for a refund which arrived 3 days later.
