Zero rating for no service at midnight while we waited on road

We placed an order at 11.50pm and it was shown that it will take 60minutes. After waiting for 30mnts no rider was assigned and when i called them they told me to wait for 10mnts more making it to 40mnts after placing an order. I told them that we are at a roadside cafe at midnight and waiting for more 60mnts more is difficult for us. So they can cancel my order and refund me. They placed an order via porter and its been 1.05am now, we are waiting on road at midnight to receive our order and yet there is no contact with the rider. They are not even cancelling our order neither we have received our order and we are on road at 1.05am mid night.

So its understandable how pathetic their service is as they are probably the rarest delivery service provider who serves pharmacy with no guarantee of delivery. Apparently you cant count on them in time pf emergency. It is better if you go to any pharmacy shop and get it.

This people do not understand the importance pf service they are providing.

Pathetic service, Simply waste of time money and efforts.

And yeah while i am writing this review around 1.10 the order has been cancelled 🤣 which clearly shows sheer negligence of professionalism from this company.

They wasted my time, money leaving mo scope of getting ot from any shop now since its 1.15am.

Trust me- they are not trustworthy. Stay cautious and get your pharmacy from shop instead of them atleast you will get it and will not be in limbo like us at midnight.

Lack of Responsibility and support…

Customer service went completely downhill, issues with missing medications, missed deliveries and complete lack of responsibility and support.

I have moved on and managed to find another pharmacy which works for me"pillcare".

Future is bleak.

Sadly, this company started out well. I wanted to support a young company and was rewarded for the first few months. But gradually things started to fall apart and my experience reflects the views of everyone else.
So I have moved on. Pillo does not seem to understand that without customers, there is no business. Fortunately, my new supplier is 100% customer focussed which is a great relief.
I cannot honestly see how this business can survive and feel sorry for some of the staff.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Read the reviews. I have been left without medication which was due at the beginning of October still not received. Was promised it would be sent in the packets this week now being told can’t do it until next week. They don’t answer emails and for a period of time didn’t answer the phone.

My last three prescriptions have failed…

My last three prescriptions have failed to arrive.
Some medications for an important dental procedure and one for my high blood pressure, I am now out of stock and worried.
It seems Pillo are uncontactable and I am very disappointed that they haven't even given notice of their failures.
I will never use them again and now I have to sort the mess out regarding my missing prescription items.
AVOID!

Initially the service was amazing. Now none existant. Ceased trading I think

Initially the service was amazing, the telephone service was wonderful and the girl who dealt with everything I nicknamed Erin Brockowicz.

However, over the past few months things have really been slipping. My meds were sent out unpouched which when taking 40+ a day is extremely confusing.

Over the August Bank Holiday I was left completely without medication, the phones were permanently saying messages couldn't be left as the box was full.

Emails were not responded to till almost a week later. Understandably I was at my wits end.

They eventually called me. Arranged everything and had delivered to my holiday location. I thought it was a temporary blip, despite being told by the person who called me that EVERY member of staff had found alternative jobs - AT THE SAME TIME. They had ALL LEFT THE COMPANY.

I should have jumped ship whilst I had the chance but rather stupidly decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and still support them.

WRONG MOVE.
The usual 10 day notice in the roll to remind you to order the new prescription is missing. It was only by chance I noticed I was due to need more medication.

Prescriptions ordered in plenty of time but as I don't like leaving the delivery to the last few days have always requested that they be delivered a week early, in case we go away. We often do.

Surprise surprise. The phones are still off. There is no response to emails, despite bombarding them with URGENT.

It is my belief that this company for whatever reason has ceased trading. Other half has been researching the company, their accounts have not been filed. Other discrepancies when searching.

Do yourself a favour if you need medication, which after all is the reason why we used them in the first place.

FIND A DIFFERENT POUCH SERVICE.
The shame of it is that over the years I have been with several who all start out amazing but I have no idea what goes wrong, things slip after time.

I've previously been with Pill-Time (Bristol), i-Pill (Spatetree Pharmacy, London) and now Pillo (Manchester). Looks like I need to search again for a reliable one.

Such a shame as I thought I had found the perfect pouching company. Will miss chatting with Erin Brockovicz. Hope she has moved to bigger and better things.

Very good when I joined them a few…

Apparently a notice to be struck off was posted in March 2024 then withdrawn in May! Very good when I joined them a few months ago. Now no response to phone (message box full), emails, messages on web site. My meds now 8 days overdue, 28 days after prescription issued from surgery! Frightening to read some of these reviews.

To start the company we're brilliant…

To start the company we're brilliant but the last three months has gone from bad to worse you can't call if medication is missing so emailed them they asked my medication regime which I told them and they asked when my medication ran out and I said four days time the start date they sent me was 10 days time I am epileptic so can't go without medication also they sent me an owing slip for 500 bottles of gaviscon I think I'm going to have to go to another company as getting people's medication wrong or missing is unexceptable for a pharmacist who you are supposed to trust

Horrific service

Horrific service, missing meds (my GP had sent a full prescription), meds in wrong time slot. My father's prescription arrived 5 days late also with missing meds.
The previous month my dad was sent morphine that wasn't prescribed to him!
I have tried calling and emailing for 2 weeks now with no response.

Awful and dangerous keep away

Failed to supply meds including for heart condition. No one answering phone for days - eventually replied to email in a Saturday telling me that they could not supply this time and to contact my surgery - who were closed for weekend.
Originally good but deteriorated month by month - leaving medicine out on occasions
Really not a good service -if you value your health!

Shocking if you value your health stay away!

Just shocking. I have used them for a while and there is always something wrong. However in the past I have phoned them and they have tried to put it right. The issue now is that you cant phone them, they do not answer and the mailbox is full. So you have to e-mail them - sometimes they answer, sometimes they don’t. Either way who wants to be constantly chasing a pharmacy? I went with them to make my life easier, but nearly every month I have to phone to find out where my meds are and they literally come the day I run out (only because I have phoned to say I am running out). They miss medications, send medications which you are not even prescribed. This month they have increased the dose of a scheduled drug in my packs without my GP or me being aware. My GP sends them my script and they send me whatever the hell they like! I have reported them to the GPhC today and I have changed pharmacy. I have given them chance after chance and they get worse and worse. Thank the Lord I look at what they give me and not just take it! I feel sorry for people that just trust them. I did e-mail them with my concerns and they lied saying they gave me what my GP had sent. I sent a screen shot of what my GP sent, showing that was not true, they did not reply. After a lot of me carrying on, they eventually said they would send me the items they missed. They do not seem at all concerned about the mistakes they make. I am surprised nobody has been seriously hurt. Please avoid this place if you value your health.

Awful - avoid

Fine for a couple of months, then failed to deliver on a key prescription. Tried calling them maybe 25 times over 3 days, no one ever answers the phone. Avoid at all costs. Had to have the prescription cancelled by the GP and reissued to a different pharmacy, resulting in further delay.

Terrible service

My prescription has been arriving later and later each month, despite ordering at the same time. I have just opened the delivery today on a Friday after work to find most of my medication missing. I will be in chronic pain all weekend as I can’t speak to anyone until they open on Monday. As if living with a chronic condition isn’t hard enough, this will now add to the struggle.

Useless, unreliable and lacking common courtesy

I have left two messages and have sent an email regarding the fact that you have failed to register as my pharmacy. You haven't had the common decency or courtesy to even acknowledge my contact, let alone reply. Prescriptions are too important to trust to an organisation that is so unreliable. Kindly therefore cancel my registration.

Unreliable

I ordered my medication from my GP the day the pouch prompted me to do so. The GP confirmed that the prescription was sent to Pillo the next day. Ten days later, I've still not received my prescriptions. Emails & chats (which aren't actually chats, just an alternative way to email) go unanswered. I've called several times and they don't answer the phone. The recording said they are unable to answer the phone and the voicemail box is full, so you can't leave a message. I finally got through and after being on hold for a while, the gal got back on the phone and said "it's being checked now and it will be with you by 9am." She meant 9am the next day but didn't say that. When I questioned why it hasn't been sent out sooner, she said that they take up to 10 days to process the order. Nowhere on their website does it say that. It does, however, say to order from your GP 10 days in advance. That is not at all helpful if the GP takes a day or two to send it to them. Then she said that she could assure me that it will be delivered by 9am tomorrow morning. They use Royal Mail, so I'm not holding my breath. I'm completely out of medication which should never happen. Reading other reviews, perhaps they've taken on more customers than they can handle in a timely manner. Given that the mail delivery isn't completely reliable, they should make sure that prescriptions are sent out 1-2 days after they're received, not 10 days later. Also, they don't send out a confirmation to let you know that they've received the prescription or when it's sent out. Doing this would make it easier to alleviate these problems.
