It is a great app and gives the most realistic thumbnails out of every app we have tried. We really enjoy using it. There is a bit of a learning curve but once you know how to prompt correctly it works great

Best ai app for thumbnails I've used!

I’m not gonna lie to everybody and tell you that the tool doesn’t have potential because it does, if you’re working on making thumbnails for gaming…. Be prepared for this tool to hallucinate multiple times. Even if you don’t, some of these reviews look like they’re bots, no disrespect. I reached out to customer service multiple times after having several errors pop up, they didn’t get back to me a few times and I appreciate that. However, what I didn’t appreciate was the fact that after I reached out to them, somebody closed my ticket without actually resolving the matter. They said that they will get back to me with more details and then closed my ticket after 4 1/2 days of no response. I have screenshots of what I’m saying to back it up to, they also deleted a couple of things that I said in the general chat when nothing I said was negative and all I was doing was responding to someone else because they were asking if they would send us a link to help us with prompting better to help come up with better results for our thumb nails! Not even six hours later, they deleted what I said in the general chat, which made absolutely no sense and then when I asked them again why they deleted my comment. They deleted it again, but then they have someone in there, asking to sell YouTube accounts to people. I also gave feedback in pikzels, they said that I would receive credits for doing so. I’ll admit that I made the mistake of sending them the wrong account and that’s on me. However, even after I sent them the correct account My credits aren’t on there. I even messaged the owner two days ago and heard nothing back from him. There have been multiple people that have come forward and have said that they’re having issues with their prompt that they’ve submitted for thumbnails coming up with error messages, and they haven’t gotten back to other people either.

This rubbed me the wrong way to be honest I won’t be spending another penny with this company, I really did have high hopes, but to be honest, they don’t care and it’s evident.

It was easy to use. I simply uploaded a few pics, to it what I wanted. And Pikzels delivered it. That simple.

Good tool for non-designers and designers alike. Overall solid product.

I’ve been using Pikzels for a little while now and overall I’m really impressed with the platform. The interface is clean and easy to understand, which made it simple to get started even without much experience. What stood out the most to me is how quickly you can generate and experiment with different visuals. It’s great for testing ideas and creating assets without spending hours designing from scratch.

Another thing I liked is the quality of the results. The images and outputs I generated were surprisingly good and required very little adjustment afterward.
