Absolutely love my new nose stud! I have been looking for ages to find something that’s a decent size so I don’t just look like I have a permanent spot on my nose and this one was perfect. The delivery was delayed and without me contacting them they refunded my delivery charge. Brilliant customer service from start to finish! Would highly recommended. Thank you ☺️

Good selection of piercings. I managed to find a combo I was happy with. My order was quickly accepted, dispatched and received sooner than anticipated. One piercing had an issue and even though it was used, it was replaced without a fuss. Very happy with the service and the piercings themselves, I react badly to some metals but haven’t had any problems.

Always happy with the products, always sent out in good time and we'll packaged. I had an unusual issue with one which was rectified straight away and a replacement sent same day. Thanks Wendy. :)

I recently ordered a hoop for my nose and loved everything about it. However the hinge was very loose and within a week of wearing it the hinge had came undone 3 times and I was worried it would fall out. I contacted customer service and the lovely Wendy responded promptly and ordered me a replacement straight away. I am very happy with the products I have bought and with the customer service!

ordered myself an XL salt spray, some new hoops and healing butter. everything came and was beautifully packaged, except the healing butter top wouldn't come off. i contacted customer service and i was blown away with how lovely they were! they immediately sent out a replacement and it arrived a few days later. i opened the new one with ease and then tried to open the original one again and it opened! i told customer service and they didn't want a return or for me to pay for the new one. im genuienly blown away by the customer service. the earrings i bought are lovely and you can't go wrong with the salt spray. this was not my first visit and definitely wont be my last! thank you for the lovely service <3

I ordered 2 nose studs from piercing mania, there was a problem with delivery (not on their part) and they couldn’t have been more helpful when i contacted them, the ordee came and both piercings are gorgeous and easy to fit (this was the first time i was changing the piercing since having it done)

Ordered four different items and they arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one had been damaged in transit. I emailed Piercingmania and the lovely Wendy got back to me within a couple of hours to arrange the despatch of a new one! Amazing customer service, can’t wait to buy again!

Bought two industrial/scaffolding bars and one of those pliers- to stretch out any septum horseshoes I own. Unfortunately my first package went missing in the post however, Wendy quickly figured this out for me, sent me a new one with some sweet treats too! They have been professional, have high quality and beautiful looking jewellery and overall 10/10 and would easily order again despite the small mishap. Thank you all x

I emailed to inform them that one product arrived without its stone in it. Their response was immediate and a replacement was sent the same day. Really impressive customer service!

I ordered a nipple bar and a naval bar. The nipple bar is beautiful but there was an issue with the naval bar, it had a defect. I emailed customer service, they responded immediately offering to send a new one. I received it very quickly, despite it being Christmas. The new one was perfect. Great customer service!!

I recently purchased a ball closure ring that was not up to product standard. I contacted the piercingmania customer service team who were fantastic. They offered the equivalent price in reward points and offered a code for free delivery. Very speedy responses and brilliantly friendly.

I recently had an issue where I was unable to enter my black Friday discount code and I messaged them. It was probably my mistake and maybe I just missed the screen to add it but sure enough, they refunded the discount amount. No questions asked and did it with speed and efficiency.

I ordered 2 identical nose studs, but when they arrived, they were both different shapes. This exact thing happened with my order before this, which was strange. So I contacted customer service and they sent me another nose stud, so at least I would have a matching pair. The nose stud that arrived did not match either of the first two, so now I have 3 different nose studs that I can't use, because I wear a pair of them every day. I won't be using Piercing Mania again, which is such a shame, because they have great stuff! The customer service was great- friendly and fast, and I received a refund for my order. But the actual process of simply buying a pair of matching nose studs was, errrr... Impossible.

I have ordered lots from piercing mania and never been disappointed, neither have my clients. Recently a labret arrived with a stone missing and they offered to replace it immediately. Communications were speedy and polite! Thank you Wendy! X

Excellent service! Very prompt delivery and extremely helpful when I had a few queries about bar sizes and best types of stone/bar for tragus piercing, and best way to put piercing in (forceps!). Coincidentally mentioned I'd lost stone from first order and without asking gave me reward points to cover the cost of this and free delivery for next order. Communication excellent and really happy with choice available, speed of delivery and service in general. Would def recommend!
