Terrible Customer Experience

Order number: 22913

Purchased ARTITEQ Top Rail Art Hanging Set 200cm max. 20kg - Quantity: 2.

Delivered damaged.

Received a refund and requested the item to be returned.

Advised
Please note as returns of damaged items are not required, it’s not a free service.
Therefore, the cost of return will reduce your refund amount.

So, to be clear the Courier got paid.
Picture World got paid via the claim against the courier using the Photographic evidence I provided.

Yet I the customer had to pay for the return to avoid having to spend even more time and expense disposing of the damaged goods.

Ask yourself the Question is that really the customer experience you want if anything goes wrong?

Terrible customer experience.

I needed this item urgently and it's arrived too late!

I needed this item urgently and contacted Picture World on 19/09 to ask how long it would take if ordered on the same day and was told 2 working days i.e. delivered by 23/24 September, which was acceptable. Royal Mail has advised me that it will be delivered on 25/09 which is too late! In future I will use Amazon for urgent deliveries; they are more reliable. A disappointed regular customer!

Had to take a photo of the customer…

Had to take a photo of the customer service chat as I was appalled at the way I was being spoken to. The wire did not fit through the holes in the clamp. The person argued that the wire was not too thick as I had suggested but that the holes were not smooth enough! Either way, not fit for service. I said shall i send them back for them to take a look and they replied 'if you want' After letting them know that I will post a review they offered a refund.

Wish I’d ordered the rail years ago!

After an initial order to try out the wires, I was really pleased with the result and ordered the Classic rail system with fittings. High quality wall plus were supplied (my brand of choice as it happens), although the screws felt unnecessarily long!

I need to order longer wires & many more hooks, but I’m really satisfied by the quality of the products, ease of use and the speed of shipping.

I’ve now got the start of my gallery wall of dreams, without trying to carefully plan where to drill holes in the wall! Can’t believe I waited so long to order this.
It’s a shame I can’t add a photo to show how good it looks & how discrete the system is.

ARTITEQ Top Rail Gallery Hanging Set

The top rail is ingenious and well made. But why supply an otherwise excellent product with lousy screws and plugs? Strongly recommend to use other screws.
