Easy to use site

Compared to other web sites which sell frames, the pictureframes.com site is easier to find the desired frame. I like dropping in your picture as a preview.
I was surprised to see the acrylic glass, backing and the clips suggesting that most people buy this frame for award certificates and such, whereas I wanted it for an oil painting, and threw the acrylic sheet away. Perhaps offer with or without the acrylic sheet & clips. I wouldn't mind a lower price.

Frame arrived completely broken

My custom frame arrived completely broken -- and no wonder! Not only was the packaging inadequate, the frame is made out of crappy (fragile) MDF with printed wood-look paper on top -- I thought I was ordering a solid maple wood frame. This total piece of junk cost $100! I gave 2 stars because customer service did refund me the cost of the frame.

My only complaint ......

I think you have beautiful frames. I have used you for many years with mostly very good experiences....
But.....
I had been unhappy that your floater frames had changed ....and now you hardly offer any for larger paintings.
