Pictory is incredible for Course Creators and Influencers
Pictory is incredible. I have been with it since it launched and seen it grow in the most intuitive video creation platform. I has quality output and integrations with top level softwares like Elevenlabs and Getty images. I am amazed that I can add a script and it will create an amazing video. Plus it does so much more. It is well worth exploring and if you make courses for social media or ecourses it is invaluable.

Terrible experience with billing
Terrible experience with billing. Others are having the same experience. Renewal started again and I asked for refund as not using it. Billing was within a few hours. This happened twice as I meant to cancel the first time. So 3 years of subscription for nothing as I forgot to cancel the 2nd time as well. This company does not care about it's customers and the product is way overpriced for the clunky attempts it makes.

Not being a Techie Wizard
Not being a Techie Wizard and new to Pictory, it didn't take me long to need help. Not that the process is complicated, but my 80-year old brain isn't what it used to be.
My request for help was replied to almost immediately and Silky made the process of resolution silky smooth (forgive the pun.)
Very happy with the resultant video using the URL to Video, cloned my own voice and other aspects.

A Creators Life Made Easier
I have been with Pictory for over 3 years now and find the platform very user friendly. I feel I am evolving with the platform as many changes have come about since I joined.
