I had several images I wanted printed for different frames, and Gail went absolutely above and beyond to help. Not only did she advise me with kindness and real care, but she also persisted using her expertise to workout thoughtful creative edits to make my picture quality and design ideas work, in the frames I already had.

She was an absolute delight to speak to on the phone — warm, interested, and genuinely helpful. Proactively reaching out to me by phone, to get things right before print. A credit to herself and the business. What she didn’t know was that I was going through a really difficult time, and her kindness and interest in getting a job right made a bigger difference than she probably realises. I was just trying to do something small to brighten life up in a dark flat on a tight budget I'd spent a while saving for, and she made that feel completely possible.i soon stopped feeling a nuisance because her interest came across as nothing but genuine.

The prices were very reasonable, and I never once felt pressured to spend more. In fact, she made me feel like a long-standing, valued customer — which is rare these days. I’m really really sorry it’s taken me this long to write the review, but I’ve never forgotten how brilliant the experience was. Thank you so much, Gail. Ynwa.

Ps. I did try to find some small local business awards to send a nomination but struggled. If you know of any, I'd be so happy to forward a nomination. I will return soon. I just didn't want to do so without leaving this review. My apologies.

Used this company for A4 prints. Easy to order, good delivery and high quality prints.

Excellent company and excellent customer service 👌 I purchased 6 prints in total 3 were A3 and 3 were 4a firstly the quality was superb. But more importantly I recieved a call regarding my order as they thought I had made an error. I had bought prints from etsy and I wanted three portraits. However I choose landscape in error and the girl called to see if that's what I meant before they printed. Thankfully they recognised this and was very grateful for providing an excellent service. Well done

Posters were damaged on arrival and Gail sorted another set to come out and they were perfect.
This firm are high quality and would use time and time again.

I needed 6 pictures expanded to various poster sizes for a museum display. I checked other companies beforehand but some did not go to the sizes I needed and others were complicated in the way they wanted the files. Pics2posters was not the cheapest, but it was simple and they could do everything that i needed. The posters arrived just 2 days later, which is impressive, but the big win is the quality. They look amazing! I paid the extra £3 each for touching up and checking and I can see the benefit in the prints. Print quality and paper thickness is excellent. Highly recommend these guys, couldn’t be happier. Kevin

Not at all surprised to see Gail's name mentioned so much! She was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish - she knows her stuff and really wants to get the customer the best possible outcome! I manage a team of 5, and I wish every one of them was 'A Gail'. This team are AMAZING. From delivering quality goods that are exactly as I asked for, to having a full blown conversation with the LOVELY Gail about one of my photo edits. Gail was so kind, thoughtful and patient with me and got the image exactly as I wanted it. I couldnt ask for me. Amazing! Gail was unbelievably helpful from start to finish. I appreciated her advice and help through the whole process. Gail really went the extra mile to ensure my photos would be the best prints possible, she spent a lot of time helping me, it took a little longer to get my photos through because of this, but the was no problem at all because it meant my photos where perfect! (instead of Gail just printing the photos i had sent over, she let me know some of them weren't of the best quality and allowed me time to find the original which is what I thought i had sent already sent over)

Really recommend this company and I will use them and recommend them going forward.

I am writing a review today as I looked for a while to try and find a company for my prints, and the reviews on trust pilot helped me decide, so i wanted to also review my order.
Use this company for your prints you wont be disappointed!!

Just read another review saying they ordered on the 21st of December and still no update on their order. I also did the same on the same date and had no updates. Considering I spent over £50 on this order I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed.

Good value large prints.
Ordered from here a few times and every time the prints are great, quick delivery, better value than others around.

I ordered 3 prints from this company and 2 were excellent and 1 was poor.

I am emailed the company and Gail responded quickly and wee had a detailed discussion about how my Jpeg could be manipulated to get a better result.

I am now in receipt of 3 excellent prints.

Fantastic customer service.
Gail went above and beyond to advise on why a print I ordered did not fit the frame I bought (my frame was incorrectly labelled in cm instead of inches). She found the problem, and, even though it was not their fault, as they sent the exact one I asked for, she still replaced it with the right one. She didn't even say it was a gesture of goodwill, but it really was, as they had already sent exactly what I had ordered. Thank you so much.

Not posters just photo's.
Fair enough it was my fault for not double checking sizing but as i thought i was ordering posters i thought the 21cm was in inches so admit my faults.
£7 plus postage for a normal sized photo is ridiculous.
I definitely wouldn't order again.

The photo I sent to be made into a poster was quite a difficult one to reproduce with clarity (says the non IT person) - I had printed the original copy myself and no matter how I did it, it was extremely pixelated. The poster has arrived, I can see each image that makes up the photo clearly, every face, every piece of merch, every tattoo design - hundreds upon hundreds of images clear on an A3 poster.

Finally got the prints,but this is Not pic2posters fault its royal mails I'll be sending them a review later ?.
The prints I sent for are excellent, I'm very pleased with them and the whole process, I've had prints from others before and this is the best I have ever had.

Now this is how a company should be run in terms of customer service and experience. Absolutely top notch service from start to finish; really rapid communications; very fast turnaround for orders and especially brilliant after service.
It’s a shame I can only give five stars for what is a six or even seven star service. Cannot recommend highly enough. Not just the best company I have dealt with this year but the best this decade. High praise indeed from someone who is usually very fussy and rarely leaves reviews (because I’m too lazy to bother).
