Delivery from China!
Delivery from China? ( according to the tracking)
Fruit Salad sweets were almost liquid they were that soft, boiled sweets were soft and very sticky.
Most sweets were ok, but the fruit salad ones went straight in the bin.
We had put the bag in a fridge overnight to try and solidify the sweets.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you for getting in touch. I'm not too sure why your tracking details would say that delivery is from China. We are a small business based in Northwich, Cheshire. I have checked your tracking details and can confirm that 'China' does not appear anywhere and arrived within 2 days upon dispatch from our local 'North West Super Hub'.
Due to the recent heatwave, we have had a few disclaimers on our site advising customers that we do not use refrigerated couriers and therefore we cannot refund or replace heat damaged stock during period of excessively hot weather.
As a good-will gesture, if you reach out to the team at hello@pickandmix.com when you next place your order, I shall ensure an extra bag of the Fruit Salads is added to your order free of charge.
