This company don’t even deserve 1 star false advertisement no communication no acknowledgment take photos of the real product and then send out cheap imitations they don’t taste the same look the same and don’t paint your tongue at all have sent 2 emails no response I am going to contact my bank

I would say pay more on delivery if required quickly as it took a week for my order to arrive, but it does clearly state “standard delivery up to 5 working days” - Thank you

Inconsistent quality
I bought a large jar as a gift but also bought a smaller bag for myself so I could make sure the sweets were ok first.
They’re mainly ok but some of them are obviously cheap and taste a bit weird. The strawberries in particular have a weird chemical taste and are pretty much inedible. If they could find better suppliers for some of the sweets so the quality was more consistent, I’d definitely order again as I couldn’t fault the service and delivery.

The only reason it is a 2 and not 1…
The only reason it is a 2 and not 1 star is due to the quick work by your worker, for getting me refunded.
I would like to start this review off by saying I was told approximately 4-5 days for delivery, so could someone explain why I never got a dispatch confirmation on the 4th day nor the 5th day? How do you expect me to receive a parcel in ‘5 days’ if you don’t send it out within 4 days?
Possibly you may need to reword your delivery service by saying ‘ITEMS GET SHIPPED IN 4-5DAYS’
I would say to purchasers the company is most probably good, and the succulent sugars are most probably of enjoyment. But please do double check delivery, if you’re in my position now having to run around for a birthday instead of the items being delivered on time like I was improperly told by the website.
I would also assume that since they wait this long to dispatch, that their deliveries must be choc-o-block. However, if that was the case then atleast have the decency to tell the customer that there may be a longer wait, don’t have me waiting for 4-5 days for their to be no parcels, and then have me running around shops.
All in all, I won’t be using this company again, due to the lack luster attempt at snatching £3.99 for delivery, and the total disregard towards their stated ‘4-5 day’ delivery time. It does say approximately, but approximately isn’t good enough when I’m paying my own money.
