We bought two bathrooms from PHS. They offered a huge product range, and knew their products really well which helped us make good final choices. Their expertise and customer service levels were brilliant. We felt totally confident about our purchases and whenever we rang up with questions about delivery, etc. they were so polite and helpful. Now we have two great bathrooms, thanks to the PHS team. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the sales team within the showroom right through to frontline teams excellent customer service experience, extremely polite, 100% i would use PHS Bathrooms again.

We were very impressed with the choice of bathrooms and installation service. Initially, we went for 1 en-suite bathroom products & installation. We were so pleased with the transformation that we then went for the products & installation service for the remaining 2 bathrooms & cloakroom. Very pleased with support & service provided by Chris and expert installation carried out by Tom & Kevin.

From design to completion we received excellent service. The work done by Junior and Brandon was superb.

When our bathroom needed a refresh we chose PHS Bathroom Showroom. They designed, recommended and supplied amazing high quality products and we are thrilled with the result. We now have a modern, sleek bathroom with clean lines. The grey wall and floor tiles also look amazing. Customer service and quality of products at PHS is excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation. We now have our “wow” bathroom and are very happy with it. Thank you PHS.

Had to give one star but if I could I would give nothing. I am being treated like an idiot, awful just awful service, took me six months to save for this shower and fitting, been messed about something rotten by their plumbers. Shower is faulty, their plumbers can’t be bothered to turn up or even give a call to say they won’t be coming. I have wasted two weekends waiting for different plumbers to come. Would not use this company again. When I called I was spoken to like a child, told it’s because of the pandemic, yes it’s hard I work in a vets we have had to close our books because we can’t service the clients we have, maybe this company should do the same instead of taking peoples money and not finishing the job.

I needed to contact PHS whilst in the last lockdown and they came up trumps helping me sort out a shower head issue we had. They responded quickly by ordering a replacement part and the problem was resolved in a matter of days. An excellent after sales service.

We had our main bathroom, ensuite shower room, and downstairs cloackroom all redesigned and fitted by PHS Bathrooms. Fantastic service from first phone call to completion of the job. Great advice on what products would fulfil our requirements. The fitters were superb, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We could not be more pleased with our new bathroom facilities.

We have just had a bathroom redesigned and installed with PHS Bathrooms. Jono redesigned the layout to accommodate a separate shower and bath. He was very helpful throughout the planning giving his advice and suggestions, resulting in a bathroom beyond our expectations. Kevin and David were our installers and they did a fantastic job. Had a problem with unusually thin walls, which was an issue when it came to fitting shower valve in wall and recessed wall cabinet. This was resolved by fitting extra layer of plasterboard. Their workmanship was first class. They took pride in their work, resulting in a perfectly finished bathroom. We would strongly recommend PHS Bathrooms and will be using their services again in future.

The service we received from showroom through installation has been nothing less than excelleent our the sales person Jono was both knowleable and creative all with a care to make our shower room exactly what we wanted and needed.
The instalation engineer Martin was both a perfectionist as he was skillfull also very he is friendly and stress free to be around.Apart from the occational cup of tea he was none stop.

Fantastic first class service.

Great experience with PHS Bathrooms from design to installation you cannot fault them.
We went into the bletchley showroom in the autumn of 2020, Tony showed us round and gave us some great ideas on a bathroom redesign/ look for our ensuite. We wanted a specific sink which wasn't available to see in the showroom but Tony helped us realise our vision by looking through brochures with us to find what we were looking for. After coming round to measure Tony came up with the plans in 3D and we decided to go ahead.
We had to wait until March 2021 for the fit but the installers were certainly worth the wait. Junior and team did a fantastic job over the 2 weeks from the removal of the bathroom, to redoing the pipework, to the tiling and the fit of the new bathroom. They put down durable carpet protectors, were considerate with noise as we were working from home and each day made sure their working area was clean before leaving. When it came to the fit the installers checked exactly where we wanted everything and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent company and service - I highly recommend them.

We were greatly impressed with PHS from start to finish.

Jess in the showroom designed two marvellous bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom for us, taking into account our tastes and our requirements.

Junior was with us for just under 3 weeks fitting it all and the results are outstanding. Even though he was here for quite some time, there was no mess, he ensured that we always had access to a bathroom and made us aware of everything he was doing. He even finished early with everything perfect.

We would highly recommend Jess and Junior and will always request them for any future work we require.

We had 4 bathrooms remodelled and fitted. We found Jono to be knowledgable, helpful and patient in helping us plan and design things. There was no “hard sell”, but we felt that time was taken to understand our needs and preferences then proposing possible options to end up with the right result for us.

Fitting went well with Les and his team being accommodating and focussed on leaving us completely satisfied by dealing with any remaining snagging issues without fuss. All of the old bathroom refuse was efficiently cleared away. We are very pleased with the results and the process. We have no hesitation in recommending PHS, and will be returning when we move house and need some more work done.

We have just had a new shower room, and dressing room designed, supplied and fitted by PHS Bathrooms.
The design stage took us a few weeks to make up our minds and finalise. We then had to wait a few months whilst the country sorted itself out. Not PHS's fault!
We chose Grohe for most of the important fittings. The removal of the old and the fitting of the new took Three Weeks. What a difference!!! The result is excellent, a white marble vision. Kevin and Dave did the whole job. Their work is top quality, very neat and particular in details. The old Bathroom was cleared away quickly at the end of the job.
PHS have been in touch with us to make sure we are happy and satisfied. We are!!

I found PHS a very good company to deal with. In the showroom they had a good range of units to see, the staff were extremely helpful - suggesting ideas etc without being pushy. They honoured the installation date agreed and facilitated a no quibble refund on unused tiles. I’d definitely use them again.

Just had our en-suite completed. Looks fantastic and has transformed the room. We decided to have it totally panelled instead of tiles which will make it so much easier to clean. The workmen were so professional, tidy and easy to talk to, it was a pleasure to have them in our home. We would highly recommend the company.
