I am a bathroom designer and I use Armea on a large ammount of my projects. As a showroom we get excellent support and I have never had a customer stuck with an issue on an item that they haven't helped rectify, usually by the next day.
We have had our home renovated, and as part of this we installed a new toilet. We very much liked the design of one of Armera's loos, and asked our builder to purchase it and install our chosen model. Our builder went ahead, but he cut a corner and used a third party cistern which did not work well. Our builder immediately blamed the Armera rimless toilet pan, but after we contacted Armera and discussed the problem with them, we received some excellent advice and customer service which led to a quick and full resolution. It turned out the cistern that our builder installed did not provide a powerful enough flush, and we replaced it with an Armera one that worked perfectly, and Armera gave us a trade price. Thank you Dean for your great support. This is truly excellent customer service, and I wish that all suppliers were as customer focussed as you.
