Selling stuff that doesn't work should be penalized

I am very sorry to have bought credits. This background remover is completely worthless. It doesn't work with AI. Unsatisfied, I compared it with remove.bg which works fantastic. The price however is way too high. Anyway, do not buy credits for PhotoScissors, it wil not do the trick unless images are very simple, very clear and full of sharp contrast. Not worth any investment.

They say buy, they mean rent for a year

Had a stand alone version that worked fine for me.
Then bought newer version. Except it turns out it was not actually a buy. The licence is only valid for a year (yes, I should/could have known, it was somewhere in the small print). So it is a lease or rent or whatever you wish to call it, but it is not buying. Worst of all: the older version actually worked better for my purposes.

Watch out for the hidden limitation…

Watch out for the hidden limitation even with the supposed 'unlimited' plan where your credits expire after 1 year. This is only mentioned once and is hidden among some description about numeral networks which appears to be tactfully positioned to ensure it is not noticed by customers. They don't even inform you in the invoice or any emails so you aren't even reminded to get your money's worth before time is up, they only tell you after they expire so they can try to get you to pay them for more usage. I feel they are duplicitous with their business practice and will be sure to avoid them.

Thieves

Thieves! The fine print in their policy says your credits expire. We had almost a thousand credits disappear and after I emailed them about this they said read the fine print. Its not that expensive but its very crappy to treat your customers this way. They did offer us a $4.50 discount yay! I would steer clear of companies like this.

PHOTOSCISSORS

PHOTOSCISSORS
What a scam this software is!
All they want is for you to spend spend spend.
I have used this program for many years.
I purchased the standalone program a long time ago and recently tried to upgrade the program.
From a users standpoint the program is nearly identical to the stand alone program I purchased years ago with one major BAD difference.
You can't purchase a standalone version anymore. They charge you points for each image you do. When the points run out you have to buy more points. To make it even worse, the points expire at the end of the year. Seriously! They have all kinds of BS saying their servers process the images much faster - a lie. You don't have to be connected to the internet to process an image. They try to say the program NOW is so much better than the one I had, but it is not.
I had 5-600 points left and I just got notice that they have expired! Words cannot express how much this pisses me off! Nowhere does it say the points expire. It says after you use your points you have to purchase more points to process images. This has clearly turned into useless scam software and they are lying about the images being processed on their servers versus my computer. I know I have processed many images without being connected to the internet.

Straight forward to use, make sure to read ALL tutorials.

This is a legit company and has helped me so much! I don't use photoshop and am not a professional but I do use this for marketing purposes. I had an issue with it removing too much of the photo but support came back to me by email. They sign pointed me to a tutorial and it's worked wonders.
