I decided to do the Masterclass in Photography course, because having been photographing for many years I was not totally happy with the results, Mike explains everything so wonderfully which makes it easier for us old wrinklies to understand. All the way through the course I was picking up many things I didn't know or understand because Mike was making everything clear to understand "FANTASTIC". I will shortly be enrolling on the 7 Building Blocks course.

I am making my way through Mike’s Masterclass in photography. He is an amazing teacher. Not just because he comes across as a nice bloke (but this does help) but because he explains things so well. Mike really does thoroughly simplify things which helps them make sense! Massive thank Mike

I have just completed the Masterclass in Photography (and watched a couple of Mike's webinars - The Mystery of Light and The Choreography of Composition as well as a multitude of his You Tube videos). He is an excellent tutor whose engaging personality helps greatly to convey the technical and creative points he makes. I would highly recommend the course which has the added bonus of being very affordable at half the price you might expect to pay for a course of this quality.

I have been following Mike for quite a while now and when the opportunity came up for me to finally do a course, there was only one I really looked at. My decision to choose a Masterclass in Photography was definitely the right one. Each week was incredibly well laid out, easy to follow and more importantly made sense! Thank you

I took Mike Browne's course on Mastering Your Camera and I thought it was great. I knew a few things about my camera but really learned a lot especially about using manual mode. Mike has a very easy teaching style and I just enjoyed learning from him. I feel much more confident working with my camera. I do highly recommend this course!

A well structured course which takes the photographer from basic principles of camera settings and picture taking through to light consideration and composition. Each video is typically only a few minutes long and focuses on a particular subject in a clear, concise and enthusiastic manner. Having a course based in the local area gives the videos an added interest. It is an excellent course that provides a good introduction for those new to photography - and anyone who has an interest in modern cameras. It is also an ideal refresher course which can be taken at your own pace and leads on to further specialist courses. My photography experience began over 50 years ago (!) but I found course, and the way it is presented, to be informative and entertaining. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed the Masterclass immensely. Mikes way of teaching is very easy to watch and understand, whether you're a beginner or intermediate. He gives you the bits of information that are missing from your photography, in those "oh, right" moments. Money well spent.

For the last few years I have been finding snippets of information about improving my photography. This Masterclass is by far the best I have come across. It places everything in a logical order. I like Mikes approach which puts the emphasis on understanding what you are doing, in order to go on and develop your skills with practice. Since participating in the course I am better able to either get things right or where they do go wrong know why and correct it.

Been following Mike for a couple of years now. He's an endearing character and has a unique ability to get across important information without getting bogged down with over complication, unnecessary technicalities or camera snobbery and stuffiness. I guarantee if you watch a couple of his countless free videos you will want to see and learn more. The course is perfectly balanced for a complete beginner, novice or an intermediate I would say. I'd consider myself to be a fairly proficient photographer who can knock out a good picture most of the time and a great one occasionally. Although I found some of the early coursework was squarely aimed at the complete novice, I had plenty of "light bulb" moments as the course developed. And, of course, it never hurts to go over old ground and revise what you know or... think you know!
I would personally have liked a lesson or two on flash photography added. Something I really could use a bit of coaching on but I believe Mike isn't really a fan of that aspect. Other than that I can thoroughly recommend the course and it is excellent value for money.

I have recently completed the masterclass course and found it very helpful. It is very well structured and very easy to follow. Although I knew most of what was taught I wasn't putting it all into practice! Now every time I pick a camera up I have my own personal Mini Mike Browne at my ear telling me what to do! The course does get you into a more methodical and creative style. Highly recommended to beginners and also to those of us who need to freshen their approach up.

Recently finished Mike Browne Photography Master Class in Photography. It’s a pity there are only five stars on the review as it deserves a minimum of eight. A very well thought out and concise methodology from the very start of the four week journey. Every thing well explained with exercises to complement the various videos. To assist Mike a person must know how his camera works, if not the instruction manual on the relative camera make adds another dimension to individual learning to get the best out of the both world scenario that comes from following this course.

I did my first webinar on 4th Feb - The Art of Exposure, very well done, easy to understand for a beginner and you get the slides to keep and refer back to. I would definitely do another.

I can't recommend Mike enough Mike has a way off getting information into your head with out you having to put your stress levels up easy-going and friendly can't recommend him enough.

Weather your experienced or beginner in photography, there’s always something to learn or enhance your photography skills.

This is a well structured course that proceeds in a logical order so you can be sure you've covered all the basics. I was already shooting in manual mode and had done quite a bit of what's included but it was still valuable and I'm sure I'll return to re-watch some of the videos.

I subscribe to Mike's YouTube channel, and the course was up to his usual high standard of presentation. He's an engaging tutor who gets straight to the point on each video with no "big ego" waffle and hype (thankfully).

You get regular email prompts to keep up with the course which is great if you're lacking motivation (although not a problem for me). Personally, I chose to take it a bit slower, as I was doing it at a very busy time (over Christmas - what was I thinking?!), and I was pleased that if you don't get round to doing the lessons for one week, the next week's set is put on hold until you've caught up.

I'm glad I did the course as it showed me that I actually knew a lot more than I realised. Its strength is putting everything together in an ordered way.

At first I thought this course wasn’t right for me as I’m not too bad on the basics, but as I got into it more, there were lots small details and reminders in the coaching that make a huge difference to the over all creative process.
Certainly a good investment if you wish to improve your photography.

well this is the third course i have done from mike browne and every one i have done are so good and i learn a lot and this last course MASTERCLASS IN PHOTOGRAPHY IS SO GOOD and mike makes it fun to learn i am 72 and learning has always been a bit hard for me all through my school days i just wish mike had been my teacher you will find the all the course great value so do have a look for mike browne on you tube to get a taste of what you can do in photography old trev is so pleased cheers mike
