Have been using photobook for many years ! Wonderful to keepsake memories in the digital era

Overall good experience, printed a softcover photobook with super rush delivery, and received it very quickly within 3 days. Due to the nature of the softcover book, the edges were slightly dented when received, strongly recommend for the brand to include more padding & protection for the books. Another note is that once the order has been submitted, it could not be modified further, so any mistakes would have to be accepted.

1st time using. Needed more than 3 months to complete photobook, grateful that customer service exceptionally extended my voucher enabling me to finish project. Quality is decent but next time, I’ll pick glossy cover instead of matte. Important to ensure purchase includes free shipping. Delivery was nevertheless speedy.

The quality and ease of installation contributes to the great experience. We are very happy with how it turned out. I bought a multi canvas and one of it was slightly damaged and bent. I contacted the support and they replied and took action so quickly. What an even greater experience!

The designer software is very easy to use, takes a short time to create a photobook, we can saved and continue later to complete the photobook if desired. The final product quality is very good and the pictures are as shown in the software. Furthermore,the cost to print is reasonable. I am very happy with the product which I have been using since 2011.
