The software works well and the fast delivery was terrific.
The occasional special sales also makes a big difference.
One drawback is no spell checker in the software, but that's a minor issues.

Given the usual excellent quality of your product, I was very disappointed with the quality of both this book and the last one I ordered. Some of the pages seemed to be warped and buckled.

Have purchased these canvas prints before but this is the first time we ordered one framed and I love it, it looks so professional and modern. Worth the little bit extra as it was very reasonably priced.

Recently went on holidays for our first family overseas vacation and we wanted to capture all the fantastic memories we created while away. We ordered a hard cover photo book and some fridge magnets. So happy with the final products. The process of ordering to delivery was so easy and smooth. The quality is amazing. Would highly recommend.

Easy software to use, simple process for adding photographs. High quality products that were produced and despatched within a week. You are able to extend your vouchers online and help is available if you need it. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I’m at my 10th book, quality is ok (all HD lay flat) not photographic level but excellent value for money.
A wait of 8 to 10 weeks need to be taken in account.

Overall a great product. One suggestion get a voucher after you finished the book and you will save over 50% of the cost without the voucher.

Ordered a small photobook for a 90th birthday. Was easy to compile and order, and the product arrived on time and was good quality at a good price. Have since recommended to others.

I've ordered many personalised gifts ( magnets, photobooks, mugs, coasters etc) and they have all been perfect, nicely wrapped and packaged. Never had any issues with my orders, always delivered in a timely manner.

I thoroughly enjoyed making my photobook, which was an A4 landscape with 120 pages. So much fun! I was a little unsure how to start at first but once I worked it out it was smooth sailing from there on. Very thick, high quality pages. Great photo quality. Great hard cover. I'm so impressed and will do another photobook soon!

The program was easy to use, and my book was excellent quality and good value for money. Delivery was very quick. Customer service was great, as they kept sending reminders to use my voucher before it ran out.

I have used Photobook Shop for several years for printing family travel photobooks; we have been very happy with the quality. More recently, a small local photography project resulted in friends and neighbours wanting to buy copies of my 120-page 33x26cm coffee table book. I found the print-on-demand facility with Photobook Shop to be very handy as I did not need to outlay large amounts of money in advance or get stuck with bulk copies I might not sell. The first print run of 50 sold within ten days so I ordered another 30 then another 20 as people requested copies. Each print run arrived within three to four weeks even over the busy holiday period. A couple of books had minor defects but these were replaced in a timely fashion by Photobook Shop, at no cost to me. The feedback from people who have purchased my book is that they are pleasantly surprised at the quality of the book for the price paid. Erin M. at Photobook Shop was very helpful with ordering and expediting the bulk print runs in a timely fashion.
