Wayne was so helpful I was taken into hospital so I couldn’t receive normal delivery so delivered himself as soon as he could so I could get set up and something to do , thank you returning customer 5star

Good, reliable service

First time coming across their service. Got an iPhone 17 Pro in the “grade B” category and it’s in excellent condition. Was able to transfer my data from my old phone smoothly, no hardware issues, no camera issues.
Had some confusion with the delivery date but customer service was quick and made sure to clear up any further concerns.

Eejits don’t know their days

Eejits don’t know their days. Friend in PBoro recommended me to these guys. Went on their website to order and it’s closed
One message says “post not sent out til Tuesday”
One message says “due to office renos post will not be sent out on Thursday”

What does this mean?

Off to eBay I go.

If u want to stay good business you need to be open more

We don’t seem to have any correspondence with you. Our website does mention posting delays but this doesn’t prevent purchases; it simply confirms the information. I think there might have been a misunderstanding.

Since you’ve never contacted us or bought from us this review lacks a genuine basis and we find it hurtful and unacceptable. Calling us “Eejits” (meaning idiots) and then going on to another business’s Trustpilot reviews and bad mouthing us is slanderous.

If possible, could you please contact us so we can discuss this further?

Great service once.

Great service once again from this company. Last phone had a slight charging issue and they immediately dispatched another phone at no cost direct to my customer even before I sent the original one back, no questions asked. What more can one ask for.

Excellent customer service...

Excellent customer service.... You have any ideas on phone you'd like, when you want it.. he's got it. Fast, effective and so polite and easy to deal with. I recommend him to everyone I know. I will always be getting mine and my family's phones from there moving forward.
