PhoneIndia has been pretty much what I expected, maybe a little better on the recharge side. I've used it on and off for years to call family in India, and topping up $10 or $20 takes just a minute. The local access number and speed dial are honestly convienient, especially when I'm calling my mom after work and don't want to mess around with apps. Call quality has been clear most times, better than another calling card service I used before. Occassionally it takes a bit to connect, which is annoying, but not a dealbreaker for me.

Even calling the access numbers are…
Even calling the access numbers are coming back as failed calls. Have to try several attempts in getting calls connected. This issue started recently and continues. There is no real customer service i can call. I am in search of a different company

We have verified the connection of your calls. The vast majority of problems actually occur due to a weak telecommunication network the person has in the destination country you are trying to reach when calling landline numbers, especially during peak hours. Keep in mind that sometimes calls can fail due to lack of coverage if you call cell phone numbers. However, some changes have been made in the way of connecting your calls to your account to avoid problems in the future.
