No stars moccasins came what the heck. Cheap plastic. Not right

The worst business ever! I wasted nearly AU$100 FOR PRODUCTS WHICH ARE NOT WORKING HOW IS SHOWING ON VIDEOS!! BE SMART AND READ THE REVIEWS before you will order from them!!! I want to return my products and have my money back!!!

Ordered two XXL jackets. They were the size of medium to large at best and they would not exchange them for the correct sizes, nor would they allow return for refund. Do NOT buy anything from here. Dishonest, no integrity, totally un willing to stand behind products. Run away!

Ordered a large rain jacket and it came with a large tag attached but wouldn't have fit an 8 year old child. No response to correct the problem. You are throwing money away buying from phonebibi. Buyer beware!

I'm still waiting to get the goods I ordered on 5th Nov. let me comment once I receive my goods.

The shipping was slow but overall it was a great shopping experience. Lots of authentic gadgets.

I ordered a waterproof smart connector from this firm, I got a heart monitor instead. Don't order anything from this firm on their Facebook ads.

One of the worst companies I've dealt with.
Order took weeks to dispatch, never arrived.
Claimed for refund multiple times and was finally granted 6 months later.
Company now dissolved due to poor management.

Ordered some rug grippers in July last year. They never arrived, although I had emails to say it had been shipped. I have emailed them goodness knows how many times.....NOTHING!! Would suggest that it is not worth trying to buy anything from them. They have my money of course!

Like many other reviewers, it is March 2018 and I have never received my order placed in August 2017. They refuse to acknowledge any email correspondence. I have send mails in November, January and February. I Have not received a response. I have tried for months to get someone to speak to. I don't know why these people are allowed to do business if they only take your money and provide you nothing in return. Also, early on, I received an email saying my order was shipped and I can track it. That tracking does not work at all. Would not recommend using Phonebibi to anyone. One recommendation I have is Stay clear of PHONEBIBI. Its a scam. They take your money and do not deliver. Unable to trace goods and still no replies after 7 months of trying to contact someone. Simple answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered something (a steering wheel phone holder) form Phonebibi last July (July 2017). I not only never received it and was charged, but after multiple attempts to contact Phonebibi, I have not received a response. I have tried for months to get someone to speak to. Would not recommend using Phonebibi to anyone.

Part of my order was received and when I contacted them about the shortage, nevér received a reply, nor did I ever receive a refund. Extremely poor customer service. Not even worth a 1 star.

I ordered a really cool product I saw advertised on FB and within a few days got an email with a tracking number saying my order was shipped. Great! When I went to track it tho', the shipper had no record of that tracking number. I figured it was Christmas and there was always a delay at this time of year so I waited until after New Year's day, and checked the tracking again. Same thing: 'This shipment was not found.' I reached out to Phonebibi via their website several times over the next few weeks with increasing concern. Never got an answer. These people are probably just scammers. I am going to contact my credit card and see about getting my money back and I'll avoid purchasing things on FB in the future.

I believe we should have a class action lawsuit against them since they refuse to acknowledge any email correspondence except by saying we've reached them out of normal business hours, which can happen at any time of the day or week. I don't know why these people are allowed to do business if they only take your money and provide you nothing in return. Also, early on, I received an email saying it was free shipping so there is no tracking order but they provided me with a "process order #" which doesn't do anything. They also gave me a link to track my shipments but they admitted there was no tracking number so why did they do that? They have also told me it was my country's customs problem not theirs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK, NO RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER INQUIRES. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

ordered and recieved two wireless phone chargers... neither of them worked. No resoliution, no response, no money back. I contacted them several times about it and provided video evidence... do not buy from them.

Pure scam. You'll never get a reply after you're receive the wrong item. 1 STAR IS 1 TOO MANY!!

I ordered the sticky pads way back in August and they have not arrived. It's now December 18th! Whenever I try to email them the message comes back that they cannot be reached as their mailbox is full. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
