For gods sake do not fall for these. My wife bought what was supposed to be a lifelike puppy toy that moved and looked real. She saw it one a facebook advert and thought it would be perfect for the grandson.
She spent around 45quid on it. I was dubious from the start but not one to argue with the wife. Anyway what came was worth about a pound just a stuffed toy. Now she paid with paypal. Mmm opened a dispute phonebibi said ok send it back and we'll refund you. It costs the same in shipping to return as it cost to buy. Why can anything be shipped to uk from china for free. But from rippoff uk costs a fortune to return. This country is a honeypot for fraudsters. Please don't fall for it our government are handing us all and our money on a plate to them. Protect yourselves the system definitely won't.

I've been going back and forward with this scammer for since March, I ordered 3 products in March didn't rec until mid JULY only rec 2 will not send another one refuse to refund and Paypal is filing a claim for me. if I could give negative 5 stars i would he's unprofessional, rude, and heartless in his responses. Advertised an electronic spider with moving parts. $29.98USD (postage inc) received a plastic spider worth maybe 10 cents. I’m hoping PayPal will chase you and I will get refunded. Criminals.

I ordered what was supposed to be a moving spider. It was a cheap hard plastic. Something you’d get out of a gum ball machine. Cost me $44. Sooo wish I’d read the previous reviews.

I had this iPhone case with the selfie stick ordered. The moment I opened the package, the stick seemed loose. In my 3rd attempt to explore the selfie stick, it came out of the cheap plastic casing and is a total waste of space since then.

There is no sound policy around returning/replacing product and hence I would not recommend wasting your money on this cheap piece anymore. It cost me approximately $50. What a waste...

Definite scammers! Ordered electric floor mop, received 2 replacement cloths. Complained to PayPal, eventually asked to return to an address that was all in Chinese! Sent it back to the address it was sent from. I know it has been received because of the tracking number, needless to say, no refund! Do NOT trust these people!!

Items I bought were broke. Been trying for almost two weeks to get a refund. Doesn't look like that will happen. Please don't buy from these people.

I gave it the worst review possible. had to file a PayPal complaint to get response. 3 weeks, no tracking number. they make their money by people forgetting or miss deadlines, or can't figure out how to contact them.. it's a disgraceful enterprise. should be barred from operating a company

This is ridiculous the way they take your money. They are barking up the wrong tree this time. I promise they will get sick of hearing my name and I will get my money back.

This company sucks! I ordered windshield covers and it took almost two months to get. That was after I opened a case with PayPal. When I finally received the product they were NOTHING like what was shown on the site. Total piece of crap. Do not order from this company.

Had a terrible experience,wrong size sent.Took weeks to come. PayPal no help whatsoever. Sent proof of posting,airmail. Picture of boots wrong size, package and Royal mail proof of posting.Paypak denied claim! It's taken 6 weeks to get to this point.At least got my postage back but not the money for 2 pair of boots..

I ordered a bulky hooded sweater that could be worn outdoors. What i received was a thin, ill fitting piece of crap. It was not as represented in the picture. Fortunately I ordered through paypal. I did get my money back. Phonebibi does respond to paypal inquiries. Paypal suggests you communicate with the seller first and if no resolution, they step in. I was successful in communicating with Phonebibi. They did try to bargain me down, but I stuck to my guns and got my refund. I got daily communication from PayPal.
The sweater went to Goodwill. Always use PayPal.

Wind shield winter covers. So cheap they ripped coming out of the package.
Basically a thin quilted piece of paper with aluminum foil.
Total junk. Got fooled by the thousand fake 4-5 star reviews. Scam. No longer buying anything advertised on Facebook.

Bought a watch: the date will not change. Offered me five dollars compensation then upped it to ten. I refused so they said we'll give you our address for a return. No address three days later. Not a seller to trust.
