Pump action
The pump dispenser doesn’t work on the foundation you have to take the top off completely and manually get it out that way it’s not the first time I’ve encountered this when I’ve bought it before

Highly recommended
Having ordered from this company many occasions, I was disappointed to find items missing from my most recent order. However, after emailing the customer services to explain, I received the missing items two days later.

Products are poor quality
Products are poor quality, would be better getting stuff from drugstore
Order number is PHOERAUK6580. Foundation did not go on well and dried my skin. The matte waterproof lipstick came off very quickly. The mascara was clumpy. I have yet to try the eyeshadow or soo glow but I'm not in any rush to do so.
