Luke is a cracking guy. I felt at easy the moment we met and his handling of the sale was one of the best I've experienced in many years of car buying. And just as big shout needs to go to Maj and Silvija. Maj was instrumental in me knowing this was the car for me.

When hunting for a Merc S Class on Auto-Trader it felt like a minefield and I have no qualms in saying I felt 100% safe buying from Luke and the guys and would do so again.

As well as meeting Luke, got to see the Logistics team and Director - nice and reasonable people/team especially when it came to part exchanging my car for the car I wanted.

After I made my purchase Luke kindfully gifted me with an upgrade for peace of mind.
They also arranged car delivery to my house for free as I was within 30 miles from the garage! Which helped massively.
Driver Mohbeen was a top lad too.
More than likely I'll be coming back to this place.

Car in really good condition and on top of that AA insurance for any mechanical failure for 2-3 months gives an extra relief when purchasing a new car. Was dealing with luke for this whole process of getting the car and really helpful and updated about the process frequently. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. I have purchased a new car from here. My salesman was Luke, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was great. Luke arranged for my new car to be delivered which was further than they usually travel to deliver cars because I couldn’t collect the car due to family commitments. Excellent service, really helpful and professional. Excellent level of service and very friendly, maybe some dealers and other car salesman should learn from the guys at Phoenix.

I recently viewed the Phoenix RC - Auto website and found a Range Rover Sports for sale. It looked amazing and although had age with it, you could tell that it had been well maintained and cared for. When viewed the office was closed, so the following Monday I phoned them straight away and spoke to Luke who was informative with the questions I asked. As I lived a fair distance away and did not want to lose the chance of buying the vehicle I put a deposit down on the vehicle. I could not be more reassured about the state of the vehicle after talking to Luke.
The following day we visited the salesroom and was greeted by Luke and other members of the very friendly staff. We could not believe how good the vehicle was. An agreement was made and two days later the vehicle was on my drive. It had been cleaned, valeted and all the little problems sorted. Well done to all the staff and in particular Luke who was very polite and efficient in his job.
