My car had to go back for a couple of jobs that needed doing, luke took into consideration that my husband works away and I couldn't pick it up so luke and someone else brought my car home for me, and showed me the video of the work that's been done, also a full valet was done
I can't thank luke enough he is amazing would highly recommend this garage to anyone nothing is too much trouble.

Purchased a BMW X6 from Phoenix RC Luke salesman answered all my questions about the car and its history.
Great experience overall from the minute I turned up to the minute I drive the car away. Luke was so helpful with everything and done his best to make sure I was happy.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Phoenix RC Autos and I was not disappointed. I was travelling a long way for the car and Luke answered all questions I had beforehand, also when collecting the car Maj went through everything in detail. Excellent customer service from both, they have a great selection of cars and would not hesitate to recommend this garage.

Had great experience with Luke at Phoenix, they washed snow off car and made sure i could look over car in a dry well lite warehouse. No pressure was given, and spent time looking over whole car, found a few items to query: 1) Missing pump & medical kit - 2) broken rear window blind, and 3) unresponsive bmw display key.
1st item was resolved quickly and last two items have been booked in by Luke to be resolved by local BMW centre near me.

Bought my new car here recently and the service was amazing. They were really welcoming and helpful with no pushy sales staff. Luke wss especially brilliant and made the whole experience easy and effortless. They could not do enough to help and I would highly recommend anyone to visit them and take a look around. It was a long drawn out experience thru no fault of anyone, just getting a deal with a part ex done….. Maj and Luke were very helpful as we were coming from Bournemouth a 5 hour drive.
When we arrived we dealt with Luke who was amazing and looked after us and helped to get the deal done.
A well run business with honest people.

Phoenix RC Automotive is an excellent garage with quality stock and a set of really professional employees. Sadly my car had a fault and had to be returned but sometimes it’s only when things go wrong that you see how genuine some companies are. The staff at Phoenix understood the issue, did everything they could to put it right and then accepted the fact that a refund was the best solution in my case. Thank you for turning what could have been a very negative experience into a positive one. I appreciate it.

Maj and the team demonstrate pure car sales excellence. After having a several issues with other dealers and having a nightmare with their finance as well, Maj and Luke at Phoenix were extremely helpful and professional. Not only was the car waiting for a test when I arrived, but Maj was able to negotiate me a good deal, get me finance approved that saved me several thousand pounds in interest over the term, he also extended my warranty, gave me a free Autoglym gift, and even handed me a £20 note to stick fuel in the car for my drive home. They were sympathetic to my previous issues, and I found them to be just about the finest dealership I’ve ever dealt with, independent or main. I look forward to seeing Maj and Phoenix again in future when I begin my search for a Bentley.

Luke handled the Purchase & Part Ex Brilliantly, very professional answering all my questions.
There was a minor repair required to the windscreen which Luke is sourcing & arranging for it to be carried out local to me.

I have just purchased a Mini Clubman cooper s from pheonix rc automotive. From first enquiry of the car to pick up the whole process was made to be relaxed and easy. Walk round video of the car supplied via WhatsApp covering any external issues and covering the spec of the car itself. Viewed and test drove a few days later and picked up the following week. They had the car serviced and some little issues address with bodywork etc too. All in all a positive experience. Luke who we dealt with couldn’t have been any more helpful. Thanks again.
