I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota GT86 from Luke at Phoenix Automative. I’m not normally one to leave reviews but Luke was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, accommodated inspections and took the time to look into everything I queried.

The car itself is immaculate and clearly looked after very well by the previous owner and the team at Phoenix. And they’ve been so helpful with queries after purchase where normally you’re left high and dry after handing over money.

I couldn’t recommend Phoenix Automotive enough and will be sticking with them for future purchases.

Buying any 2nd hand car requires trust. The buyer has to trust the seller to deliver a vehicle at the right price in the right condition. They also have to deliver on the promises they make in the process of getting you to buy the car. In my experience buying
a relatively low priced car Phoenix RC have delivered in every aspect to an exceptionally high level. It seems no matter how much you pay you get treated very well. No pressure to buy just excellent attention. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and wanting to help.
I had two faults post sale. Air con not working and fuel guage not working. Both problems were dealt with quickly, efficiently and at absolutely no cost.

I purchased a Mini from this dealership and the whole buying experience was excellent. Viewing and test driving the car was a breeze. I was greeted by Maj on arrival who went over the service history, the cars features and asked if I wanted to test drive it. He was very professional, extremely friendly and quite passionate about cars and his stock. This along with the fact that I didn’t at one point feel pressured to buy the car meant that this first experience was a very positive one. Of course I put a deposit down for the car as it was everything I wanted it to be.

Now I need to give these guys extra credit as they were incredibly patient with me. I had some trouble with my bank who I was borrowing money from to purchase the car, essentially the finances were taking a lot longer than usual to come through.

I was able to communicate this with the guys at Phoenix as they are easily reachable via WhatsApp and respond very quickly to messages. They were incredibly understanding of the situation and held the car for as long as they possibly could until I finally got the funds to secure the car.

They also were incredibly patient with me collecting the car, as I work as cabin crew my schedule can change on a very short notice. So I was easily able to change collection dates to fit around my work, again this was all communicated via WhatsApp in a quick and easy manor.

Overall I can’t fault these guys at all, excellent communication, friendly staff who go out of their way to help, and top notch presentation on collection day.

I would definitely buy a car from here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Buying our car from Phoenix Cars was such a pleasurable experience..we were made to feel at ease and everything was fully explained to us both without any pressure ..all the staff we met were very considerate and helpful ..we would definitely recommend ..a big thanks to Maj for his patience.

After travelling over 300 miles to collect my new car I was welcomed by Luke the assistant sales manager, he immediately made feel at ease and after a some refreshments the deal was done, a couple of minor problems however these were soon dealt with and the whole process was carried out professionally, the owner of the business also assisted in dealing with a query I had, all in all a very pleasant experience.

I was searching for a Mini on behalf of my sister and a perfect one came up on Autotrader. I was sceptical about buying from an independent trader however I need not have worried. Maj was very helpful and even took the time to show off some of their Supercars I couldn’t afford. Maj booked a test drive with me and was open about the car. He worked hard to make a deal. The car checked out all green on car vertical and it was ready to collect a little later that week, just as soon as the payment was made and we dealt with the paperwork. Maj was great to work with and I would not hesitate to buy from Maj and Phoenix RC Automotive again.

A brilliant company that will go out of their way to help you out.
