I was a bit nervous about making this call as I did not know what to expect but Donna put me at my ease straight away by explaining everything. Very helpful and thoughtful

The gentleman I spoke with was so kind and understanding. I’ve just lost my husband and I’m feel so lost and he asked questions and took his time reassuring me that I will get there but at my pace and he was patient. A credit to your company I wish there was more kind people like him in he world
