Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Malcolm on the team spoke with incredible compassion, patience, and understanding. They took the time to listen to the situation and explained everything clearly. Their kindness and genuine willingness to help made a real difference today. Late Wife's Estate

I received a letter regarding my late Wife. I called the company aprehensive of what it was concerning. I spoke with a very nice Lady who appeared to be very knowledgeable and helped me reach a satisfactory outcome.
The Lady's manner was very calm and reassuring. She offered her condolences, which was nice and I appreciated it. I can't think what else to say, apart from, I would like to thank the Lady for being so nice and putting my mind at rest.

Lovely lady

Lovely lady. But I am currently abroad and had to call her back BUT the phone number will not work on Viber.

My experience

Both the agents I spoke to today were very kind and considerate of our loss. Especially the lady I spoke to secondly was very compassionate. sensitive matters as this need this kind of understanding and kindness and I would like you to personally thank the lady I spoke to.
